I’ve seen all the reviews people are…

I’ve seen all the reviews people are saying how good the company is that is what I thought 6 years ago was easy to open account etc good customer services, how ever what you need to know is that’s great but when you actually need to make a claim that’s when you find out how bogus this company is I’ve been waiting since October 25 for my clam to go through I’ve had to chase them and still I’m waiting made a complaint which has not helped was told by the complaints team I have to wait until march until they will reply to my complaint again my claim was made in October 25 we now in February absolutely disgusting company don’t waste your money better to save what you pay in case of loss check out a company’s payment after claim rather than when you opened account be advised
