A small blip with the timing of the appointment. The central contact operator booked me in with the wrong technician at the wrong time, so this had to be changed - but this was done efficiently.
May I wholeheartedly commend my audiologist Roshni who has been my contact for several years now. Roshni is always punctual with appointments yet, even when she is obviously busy, I am given full attention and my every query is listened to and carefully explained. I never feel hurried and she allows me to express any queries, however minor before explaining and advising. Although the technology is complicated, Roshni has a great gift of communicating every detail in simple, layman's language, before checking that I have fully grasped the facts. The appointments are totally stress free and I go away feeling that I have been examined professionally, efficiently, yet in the most courteous and kindly manner. Roshni is a true asset for Boots.
