Read order confirmation carefully

I ordered 2 personalised mugs, 1 for me to replace a mug my son bought for me, which I broke the handle off. I so missed this large mug I bought myself another one. The other mug was for Easter for my nephew, I ordered a small mug with mini eggs on and his name.
When it arrived the name was on the base not the front as I expected. When I reread the order it did say on the base, I hadn't realised there was an option. Bit disappointed but my fault for not reading everything. I hope he will still loves it.
