Read order confirmation carefully

I ordered 2 personalised mugs, 1 for me to replace a mug my son bought for me, which I broke the handle off. I so missed this large mug I bought myself another one. The other mug was for Easter for my nephew, I ordered a small mug with mini eggs on and his name.
When it arrived the name was on the base not the front as I expected. When I reread the order it did say on the base, I hadn't realised there was an option. Bit disappointed but my fault for not reading everything. I hope he will still loves it.

A personal gift for a family members special birthday.

I wanted a gift for a milestone birthday, It was for a 70th birthday and I had left it quite late to purchase. I remembered the lovely gift I had been given from Emma Bridgewater so went on line for ideas. Wasn't sure if I would get the present on time, but so pleased when it arrived in good time, such good quality, bright and cheerful. Thank you so much, a well received present.
