Usual good attention from my BUPA health insurance team in trying to achieve a pre-assessment without the need for the inevitable delays if I’d sought it thro’ my local GP.
Some minor confusion with the BUPA appointments system meant that I had to re-book, but - once properly connected - all went very smoothly AND professionally!!
RECOMMENDED ( but allow extra time - just in case!!)
I’m pleased to report that the clinical assessment by the BUPA-approved Orthopedic Surgeon went very well & I’m now looking forward to my next surgery with confidence (& a little trepidation too!)
I now really do need to upgrade my BUPA review to 5 stars after a wonderfully efficient & helpful experience with their Claims Helpline team( “Syed” really tried to please!) who managed to authorize my next surgery approval and even sorted more local physiotherapists to save me extra mileage to/from Taunton: RESULT!

Beautifully made undergarment, but its unique extremely stretchy nature made it difficult to put on - and take off!
Has a discernible cooling effect whilst exercising(cycling) in warmer weather, but unsure if I would buy again at its normal full price.
