I ordered 2 KPop sweatshirt shirts which arrived eventually separately from the other item ordered which was a plum coloured nightwear fleece.
The sweatshirts have a poor quality transfer on them. Really disappointed these it appears have been out sourced from another company. Not Matalan standed. The fleece was undeliverd by Evri, only made one attempt and now it has been returned to the warehouse. I'm hoping I will get a refund for this but won't hold my breath!!

Booked everything and paid the deposit over the phone.
Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Popped in a few days later and they kindly printed off all the paperwork.

After a few minutes browsing we were approached by Katie at the Mansfield store. What a lovely young lady! She was so helpful and gave us lots of advice, she really knew her stuff. Being 2 oldies she explained about the choice of smartphone which would be best for us. We ordered 2 and picked them up the next day. Again Katie was there to swich our data to the new phones. It was all done in no time. Katie is a real asset to your company and made our purchase really pleasurable. 5 *

From the moment we stepped onboard all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean, the food was good. We paid for a drinks package mainly to get the first sitting at dinner which works out expensive. Other than that we felt really at home on board. The entertainment was exceptionally good. Saw a few shows and absolutely loved Jamie Lees in the Raffles bar! Plus our drinks service from Maddy. The whole experience was great and we've another cruise for this year!

I've only just purchased my travel insurance policy. The website was very easy to follow I had no problems at all. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a t shirt about 10 days before Christmas and was assured it would be despatched within 2-3 working days giving plenty of time to arrive before the 25th. Hadn't received it by the 21st so I sent an email late that night and was amazed to get a reply immediately. It stated it was send out on the 15th so we can only assume it got lost in transit. Because by then it was too late to be sent out by mail, their courier service delivered one within 48 hours. I think this was great service at such a busy time and would certainly order from this company again.

Bought Doodle and Crumb rocking horse for my precious little Granddaughters first birthday and I know she will love it.The size is perfect for that age and the colour and features are lovely.Came well packed with a useful carry handle. The price was fantastic and customer service was second to none. Ordered one afternoon and it was with me at 9am the next day!!
