Very happy with all products. I started with the sample box and voucher. The eye cream and moisturiser are star products, gentle on the skin and nose. I prefer a foam wash, so tried the soaps and found the ginger one to be ideal. All products last a long time so great value for money and I appreciate the eco credentials of reusable glass containers and recycling of ingredients. Customer service is also excellent. You know that you are talking to a real person 😊

Communication excellent. Great price and very straight forward getting payment made and time booked. The surveyor called me immediately after completing the survey (Weds evening) and shared his findings over the phone. A full survey report was emailed to me five days later (Monday afternoon)

I had over 120 regular customers to transfer and it's been a fairly straightforward process. No fees for 90 days, which was a great incentive, plus we've picked up an extra 30 days free since then. I have learned how to set up bulk payment requests for tickets and merchandise and with new customers I can send them a link to join the appropriate monthly subscription directly, so it's becoming more automated. Saving a fortune on our previous subscription site fees

I was expecting two items and chose the courier with the aim of them arriving together. They did not, which was a bit disconcerting, but think that was down to the courier. Gear4Music followed up for me and got a date. 2nd item arrived only a day after the first.
