We need to express our gratitude to the Animal Trust Knotty Ash practice. Our little family member Ollie was sadly put to sleep.
He gave us 16 years of pure joy and in his last moments, the team at Knotty Ash made a very painful decision very comforting. The empathy and consultation was second to none. We had a private family room to say our goodbyes with as much time as we needed. The whole practice is immaculate and welcoming without judgement and thankful to say, no hyper inflated charges. We were all more than happy with our decision to use this practice for Ollie’s departure. Thank you all at the Animal Trust.

We had to make an impromptu visit to Guy Salmon Knutsford on Sat 5th Dec 20. Although we made no advance appointment, we were pleasantly greeted, welcomed and covid tested on arrival. Was introduced to Nicola who couldn't have been more helpful as we needed to see in person the colour and spec of our Factory order.
She was extremely knowledgeable too giving us great insight into the tech and features.
