Check in process on arrival is quick and easy, regular crossing and flexibility if you do miss your original booking. Crossing back from France was heavily delayed with long queues at passport control. The dynamic pricing nearer to your departure date is rather extortionately increased

Process was fairly seamless but I don't understand why there is a £1.50 for having an e-ticket on top of the booking fee.

Arranged my appointment easily through the website. Slot was available reasonably quickly. Fitter rang to say he was on route and posted my key back though the letter box as instructed (I was at work when they came out, my car was at home) Car left in a clean and tidy state.

Asked EH to replace my front discs and pads while my car was in for it's MOT and service. Pick my car up to be told they hadn't done the work I asked to 'save me extra outlay in one lump.' So now, because they didn't do the work that I asked, I will have to take another holiday day from work to bring my car in again rather than them just doing the work I asked the to do at the same time my car was booked in anyways.
