Can't fault the deliveries and freshness of the food. Really pleased they now do an extra small veg box for one and also high welfare meat which is a tad cheaper than organic - all this helps with the cost of living at the moment and it's so good to support the farmers. The app is very user friendly, easy to alter the monthly amount on flexible tariffs and easy to request a refund if the balance has mounted up. Have had no complaints at all since switching to them.

Can't believe how quick my order was delivered and and also 5 stars for communication - had an email the day I ordered saying my order would be delivered the next day and an email on the morning of delivery giving me a two hour window delivery slot.

Have had to use a few times over the years and found them always to be professional and do an excellent job either dealing with chips in the windscreen and making them safe or replacing the whole windscreen and calibrating the vehicle due to a crack. Ordered a new washing machine and arranged for old one to be taken away and recycled. Ordering was easy on line and communication very good throughout. Everything went according to plan. The two young men delivering my new machine and taking the old one away were polite, punctual and very efficient. The only gripe I have with AO is that the day after I ordered, I received two phone calls. I didnt recognise the number so didnt answer but when I looked up on a reverse phone call site, there were many complaints that the number was from insurance agents connected to AO who were apparently very aggressive in trying to sell insurance on the products ordered. AO need to look into this. But anyway, I am very happy with the service provided by AO.
