I have been attending Boots Hearing Care in Leicester for 9 years for appointments with Roshni Thanki and recently purchased my second pair of hearing aids. In that time Roshni has always been welcoming, professional & very caring in offering advice. It is always a pleasure to see her.
My husband has also recently purchased new hearing aids for the first time following a diagnosis of hearing loss by Roshni. Again he too has received excellent care & advice. We would recommend Roshni without hesitation. She makes you feel very at ease & is extremely knowledgeable in her work. We would not go anywhere else.

This is meant to be an upgrade to the previous email service!! What a joke!! Absolutely dreadful! Seems to have gone back years to the original version. Completely user unfriendly!! Sort it out BT!!
