really helpfull i know funerals are expensive and i cant afford to pay up front i took out a plan but now not enough to cover so upped it as dont want my son to have to pay anything .as has his own family now . when young you dont think of these things but i lost my older son 13 years ago and you start to think about things but retired so on low pension so only way could do it

delivered to drive way put outside door but would appreciate if they read note to put it inside door as ok when dry but if hadnt gone out wouldnt know it was there but just pleased it arrived

rhiannon was helpfull not pushy and i know it was right thing to do as have an insurance but stops at 80 so after that nothing in place so lately ive worried about spiraling cost of everything.nobody knows whats round the corner .and getting older although in good health at moment and son has young family so didnt want it to fall on him to worry about funeral costs

order marked as delivered but wasnt my house i contacted range and evri waiting to find out where it actualy is i know its down to delivery but 2nd attempt at getting this item feel its not meant to be photo of delivery is man holding parcel doesnt show my house i have a drive and garage where evri and other parcels are left inside white door so dont know person holding parcel not my house

i shop online and rate my experiences as honest as possible so hopefully helps other people .had a couple of bad experiences with buying flowers online and said so but at time it appeared other people had as well so if id read that maybe wouldnt have bought from that company but still learning even at my age

everything wrapped seperately tops all secured and next day delivery dont drive and in my 70s so easy to order and have it delivered makes life easier and good selection of things so well done

bought for grandaughter sandals will do for summer as bought size up really cute for little girl wish did some more clothes for little ones under school age as got two grandchildren under 4 and be nice to buy things for them at decent price

nice jumpers and sandals for grandaughter i wish they did more for children as parents are struggling with cost of living and it helps if can buy things at reasonable price .as a nanny to two under 4 maybe you can do a bit more for little ones

happy with boots received today but still waiting for order before this one i know its postal strike but its up setting taken this long as items were to go to scotland and havent even received it .

was shown as delivered but i never got it. then parcels left outside i happened to go out door and were behind it or would have been out in rain but got a bell and note on the door but delivering in the dark now.getting later and later .but i also know wages are terrible as paid by parcels you deliver and need to deliver a lot in an hour to make minimum rate for an hour time they were sorted out
