I ordered the wrong size my fault. The suit was returned through royal mail. The new order was sent out but got lost with the delivery company. Tactical World Store said they would resend the suit. But have not done so and are now ignoring my emails. I am instructing my bank to do a charge back. So do not buy from this company they are a total scam.

I ordered pasties from the Proper Pasty company. It's was supposed to have been delivered the following day. But because of bad weather there was a delay in the delivery, which I can understand. When the parcel was delivered the driver just left it on the doorstep didn't even bother to knock or ring the door bell. We live in an area where doorstep thefts is prolific. This is unacceptable it doesn't take a second to ring the bell to make sure it has been given to the occupier. Laziness on the delivery driver

Ordered a Kenwood fridge middle door shelf, put all the relevant serial numbers and batch numbers. I got sent entirely the wrong part. Requested a return which they sent email. Looked again on their site for the part found one that looked exactly like the part I needed. So I ordered the part once again they sent tge wrong part. Tried to get in touch with them by email didn't get a response. Got through to PayPal who I made the purchase through to get a refund and send the part back. Wouldn't buy anything else from this company

My son has just had the small beef steak pie. He said it was inedible as all he could taste was salt. Reading all the reviews a lot of people have said too salty. Thr Radfords need to think about how much salt they are putting in their food
