I ordered the wrong size my fault. The suit was returned through royal mail. The new order was sent out but got lost with the delivery company. Tactical World Store said they would resend the suit. But have not done so and are now ignoring my emails. I am instructing my bank to do a charge back. So do not buy from this company they are a total scam.

Avoid at all costs. This store is a front. The telephone number does not work. They took my money and and havent received my order.

Complete and utter rubbish. Sizing and shipping were fine but the quality is abysmal. Cheap Chinese crap that probably won't last a week! Ordered extra padded knee pants and there's hardly any material at all, let alone extra padding. Not gonna bother with returning will just learn my lesson and wear these out till they die (probably next week!)

The products that I purchased and received are exactly as advertised. Good quality, accurate sizing, and the price didn't break the bank.

I ordered three pairs of pants in different sizes as samples for a workplace uniform test, and the experience was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Shipping took nearly three weeks, and nowhere on the website did it disclose the items ship from overseas. That’s critical information they chose not to make clear.
The sizing listed online was in standard measurements (like 34×34), but when the order arrived, the pants were labeled only as L, 4X, and 5X. I had to guess which size matched each order. On top of that, one pair ordered was as a 46×30, but they sent a 46×36 — six inches too long and completely unusable.
When I contacted them to fix their mistake, they offered a 20% refund if I kept the wrong item, or a 50% refund if I paid to ship it back myself. In other words, they expect customers to absorb the cost of their error. I demanded a return label and a full refund for the incorrect item and received no response.
This company’s practices are misleading and unacceptable. If they send the wrong product, they should fix it — not make customers fight for basic resolution. Buyers should be cautious before ordering.

Your gloves have been great. I have been purchasing your tactical gloves with the knuckle protection for a few months now. I work for the railroad and they have been an excellent glove and have protected my hands my knuckles and the wrist support with the strap is awesome. My work provides us gloves but they do not compare to your gloves. They have done well in cold, and hot weather. They r also doing well in our winter here in texas and new Mexico where I travel.

Great quality product for the price of the items. Well made and can stand up to the wear of heavy use.

Well i should of read the reviews first. Ordered according to their size chart and it was even close to my size way to small.And it was as advertised. I thought I was getting the stretch pants.What a got was a material like a nylon windbreaker..Looked up return policy if you want a refund You will only get 50% refund. They charge you a restocking fee..Total rip off from top to bottom..Definitely don't buy from them...

Yes, I have had gear from TWS and have never had any issues, good hard wearing gear is what we all want and has done really well and still using it.
I am doing regular competitions with this gear.

The goods have never arrived , emailed twice with no response.
Please avoid, don't end up out of pocket like me.
