Accompanied my husband for his hearing test. I was so impressed by Roshni T, the audiologist that I booked an appointment with her to have a hearing test done. I found her, not only professional, efficient but helpful, friendly and kind. For me it was an enjoyable appointment and made my day.

I like John Lewis as a lovely shopping venue but wasn't impressed by staff who attended to me this time. I was hoping for more knowledgeable input. Perhaps it's not her department. It was a good thing I did some research regarding the product prior to shopping.

Hidden Hearing is a gem that my husband and I found. He went to have ear wax removed and had very professionally follow up for his hearing since. The staff were excellent. The ambience of their office in Leicester is pleasant and it's a joy to be in. All in all, if you need to have your hearing checked- Hidden Hearing is the place to go to.
