It may be you have a policy with one of our brands, and do not recognise the Ripe name upon a policy automatic renewal. We are currently migrating systems internally, which has caused a shift within the payment display name on our customers banks but our Ripe branding is prominent within our websites and documents. Most commonly, this is occuring with our brands GolfCare and Insure4sport.
