Ich habe bei NOLE eine Bestellung über 4 Produkte aufgegeben, und es wurden jedoch lediglich 3 Produkte geliefert.
Eine Sample-Beilage welche zerbrach hat das Paket aufgeweicht und beschädigt, sodass ich die Lieferung aus dem Karton entfernen musste (Zerstückelung des Papiers, Produktbeschreibung fehlte).
Dies habe ich bei NOLE bemängelt und man unterstellt mir nun, nur weil ich keine Photos gemacht habe, das die Lieferung vollständig gewesen sei.

Dies ist ein schlechter Kundenservice in welchem man mangelnder Qualitätskontrolle auf die Kunden abwälzt um In-haus Diebstähle bzw. schlampige Bearbeitung kaschiert.

KAUFT HIER NICHT MEHR!!!

I flew Lufthansa owned Austrian Airlines in business class and I was waiting that my miles were accredited to my account. As this didn't go automatically I filed a missing miles claim. Out of 3 legs only 1 was acknowledged. I then contracted LH-hotline via phone and I was directed to use the online system "Missing Miles" and "Queries for retroactive mileage.
However, I've tried ten times, and the send-button does not lead to anywhere.

I believe this button is bogus and Lufthansa is counting of given up.

This is not the airlines I liked to travel with; this is substandard and third world level. Outsourcing does not work in the long run.

Shame on you Lufthansa!!!

Schnelle Bearbeitung; allerdings sind die Kanten nicht entgrated.

Literally on last minute information SWISS ground staff urged us to take an antigen test, as our was expired by 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Viselio the technician swabbed our noses and took the tests.
The results were mailed to us as we made it back to the departure gate and arrived in time to board the plane.
Thanks to the cooperation and goodwill of Viselio we made it home - €90 per person well invested.
