I placed an order online on Jan27.
I checked status NINE days later & it stated order is processing. After 9 days for a simple plumbing part?
I tried getting to Customer service which is almost impossible. Finally I tricked their "phone jail" by pressing O & got to someone. She said the order was shipped. I asked when & who is the shipper & tracking #. NONE of that info was available to her.
I said how could it be shipped when my CC hasn't been charged yet? She had no answer.
I said OK since your company has no clue where my order is, I want to cancel the order.
She said I cannot cancel an order in process. So to summarize, they don't know if the order has been shipped or by whom. They can't cancel an order they have & they can't do ANYTHING RIGHT!
Probably the mist incompetent company I've ever dealt with.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Your order will go into some black hole never to be heard from again...

My mother retired from Verizon. She's had Verizon landline phone service "forever". She just turned 100 & entered assisted living & we wanted to "move" her phone number to the assisted living place where she lives now.
It has been a month of dealing with the incompetent people at Verizon to move her phone. We get promises that are broken. We get work orders, dates for the move & NOTHING happens. Without exaggeration I've been on the phone with Verizon for at least 8 hours over the month.
I GIVE UP. I am calling them & cancelling their lousy service even though my mom gets a big discount on service because it is a retirement benefit.
Verizon is the most incompetent mismanaged company on the planet. Why people continue to deal with them is amazing!

I recently bought CCleaner app. Used it once. Then I got a notice from them about a "new & great" update to the app.
I tried it again & while it was doing a health check scan it got stuck at 90%. I went to try & get customer service and found out CCleaner HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No email, no phine #, no chat, NOTHING.
I finally figured out that Piniform is the place to go so I emailed them & they DID NOT HELP. They did not answer my question. They just sent me a "form email" referring me yto useless sights like Q&A. I anything goes wonky with CCleaner NO ONE WILL HELP YOU.

I bought a sofa 4 years ago & here are my problems:
1. The leather facing is fine. However, the vinyl on the sides of the leather back cushions have craed & solit in about 10 places.
2. The padding in the lumbar area of the seats have virtually collapsed. While the seats have motorized lumbar adjustments, that only causes an uncomfortable bump in my lower back w/o the cushioning of padding.
Other high end furniture makers design their products to have easy access to seating backs, Lazyboy does not. It would cost $200 per seat back to have a pro come in, open the leather to fabric seams, re-stuff with filling & stitch it back together. A
So after only 4 years I'm dumping this way over priced, poorly designed with inferior covering material sofa & getting one from one of the top 5 rated sofa makers for 60% of what I wasted on Lazyboy sofa.
P.S. I wrote this safe comment on Lazyboy website. They said they would send me an email confirmation before they posted it on their website. Of course they never sent the confirmation. I'm sure it was intentional as they had to intention of posting truthful negative comments on their website.

Yahoo deletes posts that disagree with their radical liberal articles & claims the post is against their guidelines. These posts are NOT against their guidelines. They use that as a LIE/excuse to delete all posts that are not agreeing with their leftist propaganda.

AOL deletes my posts which are NOT against their guidelines. The posts are deleted because they disagree with their radical left wing biased articles.
Basically AOL SUPPRESSES FREE SPEECH when ever someone challenges their LIES in articles.
