Got Charged For Cancelled Order

After I read the negative reviews for The Wellness Company, I emailed The Wellness Company twice to cancel my order. So far I have only gotten reminders to fill out the medical form so my order can be processed. My credit card was charged despite not filing out the required medical history form which states on their website is required before your order can be filled. I have initiated a dispute for the $240 I was charged with my credit card company.

3/19 - $240 charge to my credit card removed, but I am still getting emails to complete my medical history so the order can be completed.

Verizon FIOS+ Unreliable and Unpredictable

Upgraded to FIOS+ on December 9, 2025. Since installation one week ago, I experienced "No Signal, Check Source", freezing screens, VMS Not Available, HDCP ERROR DETECTED and unavailable tech support. Called Tech Support only to get an automated response Tech Support is only open during normal business hours. Recording did not say what "normal" business hours were.

Went on Verizon Chat Line who said technicians are aware of problem and are working on it. I asked what Tech Support hours are and was told 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Wrote Verizon Consumer Group CEO and CEO of Verizon Communications relating in detail the many installation/customer service problems. If I do receive a reply, it will probably be a form letter with an auto pen signature. I believe Verizon jumped into the streaming service without thoroughly testing their system.

Impossible to get through to a live person

Called two numbers 1-800-493-1058 and 1-888-397-3742. AI phone system made it impossible to get through to an agent. Kept saying "I can only transfer you under certain circumstances." I kept repeating I want to know was how long does a credit freeze last.

My sister called twice for information…

Update: I finally got through to Blue Cross, got the information, and relayed my experience with their website and customer service.

My sister called twice for information on deductibles and copays for out of network gynecologist. She was disconnected twice. I called twice and have been on hold for almost an hour. Tried logging into ibx.com
login only to get the Terms and Agreement page greyed out where it says Accept and Submit.

Wanted to verify that a local Fed Ex drop box was still available. Could NOT get through the horrible automated call system to talk to a live agent. Must have called 10 times and gave up.

My sister called at 9:01AM Saturday

My sister called at 9:01AM Saturday, August 10, 2024 when her 2006 Toyota Corolla would not start. I had accidentally left the headlights on. She was told roadside assistance would arrive by 11:01AM. and she would receive a call before they came.

11:30 she called to say no one called and no one showed up. I spoke to the customer service rep who tried to reach both the driver and Dispatch. Neither answered their phone. She put in a request to have Dispatch call us. At 1:20PM I called AAA when Dispatch never called. This customer service rep said Philadelphia Fleet had the order and she offered to expedite a request for Dispatch to call me. The CSR offered to give the order to another AAA roadside assistance provider. At this point I thought if Dispatch is not responding it is useless trying to contact them to assign it to another AAA roadside assistance provider.

I had no confidence in AAA and cancelled the order.

I can see the driver not responding but how is it that AAA Dispatch never responded. It occurred to me later that Dispatch and Philadelphia Fleet might not work on the weekend.

Wanted to search for a pest control…

Found the More icon at the top of the navigation bar. But when I click it, I get the same Get Matched with Quotes from Pros which asks for my personal info.

Wanted to search for a pest control
company on Angi.com. First off, the website does not allow for just a search. You must fill in a request for pros quote form. After filling in the form part way, I logged in and was able to search. Two of the leads did not service my area, one company was located in New York, and the other was the one I was already using. Specifically wrote I did not want any pros to call me in the additional information section. Got a call from a pro a few minutes later. And just now I got another call, this time from the service I am currently using. This was embarrassing for me and I had to apologize to the vendor.

Went on the Angi.com chat line to ask if there was any way to just search and not get call backs. I was told to just block the number of the pro.

Don't like the new Angi website. Unlike the old Angies List website, you can't see the dates the pro was hired, the price paid, and would they would be rehired.

I am never going to use Angi.com again.

Food Sticks

After a couple of years, I finally had enough of food sticking and having to use a wooden spatula to scrape food off so as to not scratch the non-stick.

I discarded the 11 inch pot and kept the lid.

Copper Chef is another one of those As Seen On TV products that does not live up to the hype.

Useless Fed Ex Customer Phone System

I realized I received the wrong tracking number from an Ebay seller when I got an email that my package was delivered. Called Fed Ex 1-800-439-3339 number at least 7 times and went around and around with the Fed Ex automated system which would not connect me with a live agent because I did not have a tracking number and disconnected me.

Glass Bottles Arrived Smashed

Ordered 6 bottles of G. Hughes BBQ sauce from IHerb from what I thought was a good price. When I opened the box just now, two glass bottles were smashed. IHerb has NO customer service phone number and will not allow me to process a refund on their website because it demands a photo of the damaged glass bottles. I am NOT going to unwrap broken glass bottles with BBQ sauce pouring out of them. This is my first and last time I will ever order from IHerb.

Two boxes delivered to wrong address…

Two boxes delivered to wrong address today, January 28, 2024. Found out when the homeowner who got my boxes called me. 1st time I contacted Fed Ex, a case number was created and forwarded to the Tracing Team and I was told someone would call me with an update today (Sunday, January 28, 2024).

2nd time I called I was told only Tracing Team, which is closed today (Sunday), can contact the station. The station closes at 2:00PM Sunday and the first time I called Fed Ex around 12:00PM. I asked why wasn't the station called after my first call and I was told only the Tracing team can contact the station.

January 29, 2024 – I received a call from FEDEX GROUND – 1-610-239-3069. The woman said she was going to contact the driver, have the two boxes picked up and delivered to me today. That did not happen.

Today is January 30th and I have not heard anything from Fed Ex.

$31.82 was part of a $59 order I placed…

$31.82 was part of a $59 order I placed with Walmart on 11/14. 11/17/2023 Lydee from Bisco Health, the seller, emailed me to say the quantity in the description was wrong. 240 and not 3000 napkins were shipped. Lydee said once I initiated a return with Walmart a refund would be issued. I was also told I would not have to return the 240 napkins.

11/24 - after several emails and phone calls, I was emailed by Bisco Health that a case issue was created with Walmart and they would get back to me asap.

To avoid any interest/penalties before the December 1st credit card statement cut off date, I am filing a dispute to avoid having to pay for the napkins.

11/26 - Received Walmart email to post review. Could not submit review because Walmart's website said I opted out. Very disappointed in Walmart not issuing my refund. I do not think I will order from Walmart again.

On impulse I purchased a $9.95 knife…

Customer Support contacted me and is shipping a replacement. I am satisfied with the resolution of my issue and have upgraded my experience to 5 stars.

On impulse I purchased a $9.95 knife from Heard from Customer Support and they have resolved my issue to my satisfaction.
They are reshipping a replacement knife.
Gunner Gear. Had a hard time trying to open the knife but after several tries I got it to open. Problem came knife will not close. Wrote Gunner Gear support and they responded the next day. A video demo was attached to the email showing how to open and close the knife. Unfortunately, the knife I had is different than the one in the video and will not close no matter how hard or which way I moved the ridge bar.

Never heard of VEHO before and was…

Never heard of VEHO before and was apprehensive when I found my order was shipped via VEHO. I was able to check delivery online this morning and it showed delivery between 10:00AM and 2:00PM. At 10:20AM my package was delivered.

Very pleased with VEHO and would not hesitate to have orders delivered by them again.

Horrible Experience Using Giant Self Checkout

January 24, 2023 I used the self check out at the Giant Food Store, Number 6442, in Havertown, PA. I had a large order and their check out computer kept telling me to place my item on the bagging area. Well the bagging area filled up fast and when I tried to remove and bag some items, the system stopped allowing me to check out and said "help is on the way." The store associate got short with me because she had to several times override the system so I could continue checking out. She said I should put the rest of the items on the conveyor belt. But when I did that their system stopped allowing me to scan and gave me the same message help is on the way. I used to spend over $100 a week at Giant. After this incident I destroyed my Giant shoppers card and never shopped at Giant again.

Emailed Giant about my experience on January 28th and never received a response.

Cancelled Coverage the Same Day

When I originally searched the VSP website for a vision plan, all looked pretty good and I signed up. The trouble started when I wanted to register my account. Somehow the VSP system picked as my user ID a Verizon email address I have not used in years and did not enter when I originally tried to create the account. Don't know how the VSP system got ahold of my unused Verizon email.

Called customer service and they transferred me to the department that handles website login. Five times tried to change password, unregister account, create account, change password again only to have VSP system lock account.

Frustrated and apprehensive if this is the kind of service I can look forward to, I called customer service and cancelled coverage.

I was attracted to Aura Identity…

I was attracted to Aura Identity Protection because it advertised 24/7 customer service. I live with my sister and called the 833-552-2123 support number 8:00AM this morning to ask if the $22 month couple rate would cover myself and my sister. The person answering sounded like they were half asleep and had a heavy accent. She told me she would have to check and get back to me. I hung up. Seems to me Aura's 24/7 customer service is just another after business hours call center.

Ready Refresh delivered four big…

Ready Refresh delivered four big bottles to my house today 1/10/2022. I am not now and never have been a Ready Refresh customer. These four big water bottles belong to someone else. I called Ready Refresh's 1-800-274-5282 and got someone with very poor English who refused to have the water bottles picked up and delivered to the correct address.

He would not transfer me to a supervisor because I was not a Ready Refresh customer.

I argued for several minutes and when I asked for his name, he hung up on me after putting me on hold for three minutes.

I am posting to several social media websites in the hopes of discouraging other people from using Ready Refresh service.
