Took almost 2 months to get my car…

Took almost 2 months to get my car fixed due to communication issues between the insurer and repairer. Then when finally got it fixed got charged 100 pounds excess when it was a no fault claim. I am now in a position where i have to claim back via insurer the excess which wasn't payable in the first place. Still no had it. Positives are though staff were understanding and pleasant and did attempt to resolve issues. Just hassle i could have done without.
