Boots Hearingcare, Gallowtree Gate, Leicester in the person of Roshni T was a very professional, competent and conscientious experience. I was concerned about long term back-up, product and day to day usage. These concerns were addressed, clarified and assured. I had hearing aids already but found them difficult to use and fiddly with insufficient support. Boots were more practical.

It was most heartening to deal with humans and with computer efficiency. They communicated succinctly and accurately, being on time. In fact the technician sent sms to arrange earlier installation because of changed conditions and he was clear, concise and helpful.
