To clarify, the Ultimate Water Filtration System is designed to purify more than just tap water. The only types of water we do not recommend using with this system are saltwater or brackish water. However, if you purchased the Patriot Pure Pitcher, that particular unit is intended specifically for tap water only, as noted on the product page.

Regarding your return, the processing time is determined by your financial institution, not by 4Patriots. While most institutions process refunds well before the 10-business-day mark, policies can vary, which is why we state up to 10 business days to account for all potential timelines.

While the provided cooking instructions are intended for standard kitchen use, our survival food can absolutely be prepared over a campfire, camp stove, or similar heat source. Many of our customers successfully use it while camping and report great results. As long as you have access to clean water and a heat source, you're good to go!

Regarding the serving counts per pouch, the choice to package multiple servings together is intentional. This approach helps keep both the cost and the weight of the kits lower. Each pouch clearly lists the measurement for a single serving to help with portioning.

Because environmental conditions like heat and humidity greatly impact the potential for mold or bacteria growth, we cannot guarantee food safety once a pouch has been opened. However, if the pouch is resealed and stored in a cool, dry place, the food can remain fresh for weeks. Always inspect your food before consuming it—if you notice any unusual odor, flavor, appearance, or visible mold, it's best to discard it.

We want to assure you that the Patriot Power Sidekick was designed and developed in our corporate office in Tennessee, with the help of a highly skilled manufacturer in China. While we strive to source products domestically when possible, certain product categories, particularly electronics, present significant challenges when it comes to manufacturing in the U.S. These challenges extend beyond cost and are related to the availability of adequate manufacturing capacity, specialized engineering, and the complexity of supply chains.
It's important to note that many high-tech products, including computers, cell phones, and televisions, are also manufactured overseas due to these same factors.
Thank you for providing your feedback and concerns about the runtime of the Patriot Power Generator. We understand how important it is to have reliable performance, especially when using it for essential devices. The runtime of the generator is primarily determined by the wattage of the devices you are powering. For devices that use between 225 and 125 watts, you can typically expect a runtime of approximately 1 hour and 60 minutes. To help prolong the life of the battery in your unit, we recommend recharging it every 3-6 months. Lithium batteries don't perform well when left in a completely discharged state for extended periods. If you're encountering any specific issues with your unit(s), please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. Regarding the solar panel, our 100-watt panel is capable of recharging the unit on a cloudy day, but please note that it will take longer than on a sunny day. If you're looking for a quicker recharge time, you have the option to daisy chain additional panels to speed up the process.
