Called Tech Support and Tobi got me connected quickly. He was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process.

John H quickly diagnosed the faulty power supply to my router and directed me to where to get a replacement immediately. Much appreciated as work depends on my connection.

The queuing system to get through could do with a countdown (position in queue), otherwise it would have been a 5*

DO NOT BUY IF THERES A CHANCE YOU WILL MOVE, trying to charge a £500 termination fee even though I want to keep my contract and they cannot provide in the area I’m moving too, I understand it’s there policy but that’s so ridiculous and causes so much stress as I cannot afford this and Iknow it could very easily be wavered by pressing a button , bare in mind 4th utility was pre installed in my apartment and the only one I could choose and I would happily keep my contract in my new place, not my fault they can’t provide it there £500 just isn’t okay

Awful. The people on the phones are kind and polite. This does not reflect them at all. But I am trying to bring my account up to date as ive missed some payments. I want to arrange a payment plan so that I can get connected again, but ive been told someone will get back to me, they never do. I understand ive missed payments but why cant you help me to get connected again? I cant afford the £86 in missed payment. Please contact me asap.

Luwam Was absolutely brilliant, answered every question and said she’d get the tech team to look into my lower than promised speed. She also convinced me to upgrade to the better package. Absolutely outstanding service from Luwam and without her, would have likely looked elsewhere on renewal. If it wasn’t for Luwam, you would have lost a customer.
