Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & No Customer Service
I am very disappointed with my recent purchase of Crocs from 6th Street. I wore these Crocs during Hajj in Saudi Arabia, expecting them to withstand normal wear, but shockingly, they shrunk while I was wearing them. This is completely unacceptable for a product that claims to be durable and reliable, especially in high temperatures where such performance is expected.
To make things worse, I contacted 6th Street customer service regarding this issue, but they never responded. No acknowledgment, no apology, no solution – absolutely nothing. Their lack of responsibility and customer care is extremely frustrating.
I trusted both the Crocs brand and 6th Street as a seller, but after this experience, I cannot recommend either. Poor product quality, and even worse customer service.

The company has the worst delivery service. And their delivery agents are ill-mannered and rude. This chap asked for the location for delivery at 2 pm in the afternoon and delivered the item at 7pm, only when he was contacted via Whatsapp to expedite. His attitude was abysmal

Worst customer service of all online service in UAE. I received sms that my item was delivered but when I checked outside our door there was nothing. My order was divided into 3 deliveries. I got 2 of them, but the first one they said it was delivered and sent me a proof of delivery photo. Good thing our apartment was covered by cctv. The delivery guy placed my order at our doorstep, took a photo and went to the elevator. The next thing was He came back and took the package 👎🏼. It took me a month before they deliver my item again! Never again 6th street!

I tried placing an order on the website. The payment was credited to their account, but the order failed due to a technical error. Despite 25 trail mails, these guys do not want to refund me the money. They don't have the intention. It's a huge amount for a service professional like me. They have the worst customer support and have no intention of refunding the money, even after 1.5 months of follow-up, and that too due to a faulty system on their part.

Terrible customer service. I received an old stock item that fell apart after the first wash.
When the product was initially delivered, I requested an exchange because the size was smaller than expected. However, the team declined, citing unavailability. Yet, when I checked the platform, the item was in stock in multiple sizes.
This makes me feel like they simply wanted to offload old stock rather than provide a fair resolution.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with 6th Street. It has been two weeks since I raised an issue with my account, and despite multiple calls and follow-ups, my problem still hasn’t been resolved. The lack of communication and delay in addressing customer concerns is unacceptable.
I expected much better service from a company of this scale. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping with them again. If you value good customer service, I would think twice before ordering from 6th Street.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Ordered via express delivery but delivered 3 days later. Reached out by the courier a day later at morning time named Samit Darnal and address was sent but wasnt delivered til 9pm. Called the customer service couple of times but just saying same response to wait till 9pm but nothing happened. And received a message saying address was incomplete (which i even sent the pinned location by whatsapp) and received again a WhatsApp message saying i was unreachable, like how come i even spoke to the courier and called him multiple times for follow up.
FIX your service. This will be the first and last time that I will order. Very disappointed 🙅🏻♀️

Worst online platform ever. I ordered on 3rd February, it supposed to be delivered by 5th February (Deiver name Thoufeeq) he told me that he will deliver by 9pm. Later on he told me that he is in hospital, he will handover to other guy and and it will be delivered on 6th feb.
In remarks he has mentioned that customer postponded.
Next day same thing happened. As I was waiting for my order. This 2nd delivery guy said that it will be deliver before 9pm (Samit Darnal).
Since there was no response. I called him and he said that his car is broken it cannot be delivered.
Worst service ever
I ordered last Saturday expected to receive Tuesday unfortunately they said it was delivered in a wrong location. Despite very clearly given notes the exact location. Add on that, the delivery guy seems sleeping in the house and do not want to deliver, a very rude person. I asked them to deliver in home address for alternative solution because of their mistake. But no action was taken.. i asked a refund but still didn’t do..

It really seems a scam. They deducted the money and emailed that my order is being processed. The order number didn't show up on their customer care watts app number.
After constant emailing..i received a response that order is cancelled due to payment failure but at the same they say the exact amount will be refunded. Two contradicting statements... if payment is declined how come they know the amount and how do they assure the amount will be refunded.
