Worst app ever

I ordered something yesterday it arrived today faulty/ disregard the faulty part I have a screenshot that said the item is returnable however when accessing the app now the item is no longer returnable. Contacted support whom obviously need a lot of training on their own application I explained to them that under each item it states wether the item is returnable or not only for him to respond “ no you cannot see it under each item “ we have it as policy. Worst experience as terms changed without notifying customers and even for faulty items there is no return and customer service are not helpful at all

Ordered item, found item at bottom of my stairs delivered, no notification with email, WhatsApp, or call.
Needed to exchange size, but they would not exchange due to over the 2 week exchange time. Even when I explained I just received it, sent pictures, showing package, condition never worn in tissue.
No customer service a disgrace will never use again, I urge you never to use.

Most unreliable online purchase I ever made . Despite showing non delivery of one item ( by their own email showing only part shipping was made), they took a position that they delivered all items and never addressed my complaint properly.

Worst online company to order from. Never update the delivery dates. Keep delaying deliveries even after mentioning dates while ordering. Never on time. Started well but everything seems to have tumbled down now. No customer service. Worse delivery partners Vamos. Disappointing experience.

It is the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with.

Customer Service does not know how to deal with issues, And all they do is copy and paste the same answer in every email.

They say they have live Customer Service on WhatsApp, but you can only see your order.

My order is now more than one week late and they will not give me an answer as to when it will be delivered.

Worst online shop and customer service ever...I placed an order with 4 items. The order was further broken down in 3 shipments. I got the first shipment. The second shipment was wrong. What I ordered was not what I got. I sent emails to their customer happiness Team but nothing was done about it. I called the customer service but they said its a body suit and they cannot refund. I told tjem that what i received was not what i ordered. I sent emails multiple times but nothing was done about it. As for the 3rd shipment, its the 4th day I am getting a notification that it is out for delivery. At the end of the day, I will get a notification that customer postponed. I complained yet nothing was done. Worst customer service ever...
I would not recommend 6th street to anyone. Shein is alot better

I ordered branded shoes from the 6th Street app, The Roger Clubhouse, worth 795 AED, but the shoes seem to be duplicates, not originals, which is disappointing and so embracing for me because I gave them to my friend as a birthday gift. So bad.😡😡 Branded companies should ban them for selling these kind of fake products and fooling customers with their online apps.

PERFUMES ARE FAKE , CHARGING HIGH PRICE BY SHOWING ORIGINAL PRODUCT BUT ACTUALLY ITS NOT ORIGINAL.

6the Street Application I cancelled an order since November 2023 and have been chasing them since then to refund the money. They claim that they did make the refund but the bank cannot find it and they refuse to provide copy of the refund transaction receipt or provide full information required by the bank!

1- Order delayed many times (showing arrival today and then "unexpected Delay") if you are not sure about the delivery date, then don't mention one!
2- 0 customer service, rude people answering the phone and not helpful at all!
3- Unprofessional

Bad experience ever, the information given on app is not accurate in regards to delivery time or availability of the items, eventually after waiting to receive my order as mentioned arriving today, just surprised and disappointed that my order is cancelled unlike other app their information is 100% correct and you receive your item on time exactly the next day

It's not original at all...I thought it's original. Well it's expensive for a non original products. And the size is not true. So disappointing!!! When I tried to return, the website is not allowing me to return the product.

Missing order. No way to track. Customer service says its complete but i do not have my order. Phone number doesnt work. No human to speak to. Disaster

I was super worried to use this company based on the disgruntled reviewers, but was extremely happy. Highly organised, well priced; fast and reliable. They provided frequent updates over WhatsApp and email and actually delivered faster than anticipated. I haven’t had to return any items so no idea what that is like.

Worse website ever , I have ordered few items online on January I indeed up receiving it on March then when I wanted to change the change they said I can’t do it online I have to go to the nearest branch then when I went to one of their Steve Madden shop the don’t have the collection anymore and they said it’s available only online then again when I wrote to them online they said we can’t do anything after 14 days as per our policy.. which policy they are talking about if I personally received the items after two months!!!!! And the funny thing they gave a number to contact again when I have contacted that number the agent is telling me we’ve refunded the money a long time ago.. seriously!! They delivered the items and refunded the money so they are giving away the shoes free to customers really interesting..

False Delayed delivery dates, this has happened on many occasions

I ordered 3 branded shoes paying AED 511 during online sales. But the branded shoes are so hard and all are duplicates Chinese products.Branded companies should ban them selling these kind of products and fooling customers in the name of online sale. The card details deducted from Apparel FZCO and 6th street.This is my first and last online purchase from third parties.
