Totally rubbish service and would not recommend. My family along with 3 other families waited over an hour for car to be dropped off to us. Then when checking they told me the battery had died which... Mehr ansehen

If I could leave a zero star review I would
If I could leave a zero star review I would. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Late, rude, bad service, lied repeatedly. Just find someone else, even if it costs a few quid more you'll be sorry if you chose this bunch.
If I could give it a 0 I would we had 2…
If I could give it a 0 I would we had 2 disabled people and a 4 year old we booked meet and greet 27th March. Phoned 15 mins to be told it’s shut and put the phone down. We had to find other parking. At greater expense our stress levels were thru the roof. I have sent the number of emails with no response what a shower of shit.
Absolutely dreadful experience
Absolutely dreadful experience! Avoid at any cost. We ended up paying 27£ due to late arrival at drop off and waited 40 minutes at pick up. No apologies or compensation.
Stress stress stress
Booked received a small breif about what to do which was weird had pad to get a message service and didn’t receive a text. Looked at the description of the aote online as I stressed out found out it’s actually a horse stable with a small car park at the back that is basically a yard and that other people had had there cars moved around waited over an hour for transport to the airport. Decided fix that shot and went to Bristol airports actually website and paid for the more expensive parking that I actually knew was going to be fine. It says it was a park and ride service but was actually a offsite parking it’s ducking miles away
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I am horrified by the service I have just experienced:
Called 45 minute before arrival - followed instructions to park in short stay car park. Driver late and had to pay £13.50 for the driver to get out of the car park.
Arrived back and did as told and went to short stay exit. The driver goes into short stay
and again I had to pay to now get out myself! A further cost of £8.50.
So my low-cost airport parking cost me:
£54.94 + £13.50 + £8.50
A total cost of £76.94
I could have used official parking with the airport for £65.00 and not have had hassle with a bunch of cowboys and a rude driver who just didn't care.
Never again!
Avoid this 'business'
My experience reflects a lot of those on here. When I arrived back at Bristol I was driven to my car ( in another customers car) which I found was parked up a random side road. Also discovered the wheel arches are full of mud and mud is sprayed up the side of the car. Plus a big chip on the bumper thats new. Climate control was set to maximum as if they'd had to dry car out and for some reason. Suspicious that there excessive additional miles on the car as well. Definitely feel scammed
This is not a meet and great service
This is not a meet and great service, they turned up 20 mins late despite many calls, I then had to pay the car parking fee (arrangement to meet in the short stay parking). When I picked the car up, whilst they were there, the car back seats were in the up position which made me think its been used as a taxi. There was also an empty drinks can and cig lighter!!! I also had to pay parking fee again.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs
Especially if you’re on your own or a group of women!
we waited 40mins for them to collect the car. They give you a number to call but as soon as you get impatient they stop answering the phone.
Pick up was absolutely disgusting. After an hour and a half wait and multiple phone calls and them telling us to wait in the short stay car park they then text me an address. No expiation. We had to get n Uber 10mins up the road to collect the car, late at night, dark and you are greeted by a group of foreign men at a pub car park in the middle of nowhere. We had to get the uber guy to wait with us to ensure we were safe we were told to go round the corner to collect the car. No refund for taxi or service, stopped answering calls. Absolutely disgusting and so unsettling, imagine being a women on your own and experiencing this.
Please avoid at all costs
Absolutely dreadful service .AVOID
Absolutely dreadful service .
This is NOT a meet and greet service ,
We nearly missed our flights due to them being late . We rang 30 mins before arriving at the airport , on arrival the stress started .
Requesting more money when we were going through customs etc . On return damaged alloy wheel and again a wait of over 30 mins , so not a meet and greet .
Very unprofessional and would AVOID at all costs . Please read all reviews
Terrible customer service
I recently collected my car after using this company’s service and was very disappointed with the condition it was returned in. The car was extremely muddy in the front, middle and back which was quite shocking considering it had been left in their care.
I emailed customer service to raise the issue and give them the opportunity to address it, but I have not received any response at all. A lack of communication and basic care for customers’ property is very disappointing.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
DO NOT BOOK WITH A1 AIRPORT PACKING
Do not use a1 parking !! They had my car 4 2 weeks at luton airport. When return from a 2 week holiday. I had half a tank of petrol when they pick my car up & when i got it back there was quarter of a tank!!when i got home I found 2 parking ticket in the post. The next day I found there was damage on my passenger back door. Iv tried contacting them so many time but no reply. AVOID A1 PARKING
Extremely concerning experience
Extremely concerning experience – avoid this service
I booked Prime Meet & Greet parking (Booking Ref: CTP-332XXX) expecting a professional front-of-terminal service. What I experienced instead was chaotic, unprofessional, and extremely concerning.
After landing I repeatedly called their office and received no answer. When I finally got through, I was told to wait at Zone D, but the driver never called to confirm arrival. Eventually I was forced to walk to Orange Car Park to collect my vehicle, despite paying extra for terminal drop-off.
During this process several staff members contacted me and the communication was rude and dismissive. One staff member even hung up on me mid-conversation.
The staff I was contacted by included:
• Bilal – +44 7877 926685
• MSZ – +44 7787 856292
• Azhar – +44 7943 443283
Customer service operators introduced themselves as “Jessica” (+44 117 990 4018) and a manager calling himself “Max William”, which appeared to be aliases.
The most serious issue concerns how my vehicle was handled while in their custody.
The car was returned with less fuel, increased mileage, and clear evidence it had been driven to locations unrelated to parking.
I have dashcam recordings, audio recordings, and GPS tracking logs showing the vehicle being driven elsewhere and an attempt to interfere with the camera.
One location the car was driven to was:
51.882758, 0.258953 (6 Coopers Villas, Coopers End Rd, Takeley, Bishop's Stortford CM22 6PT)
The vehicle also appears to have been stored in what looked like an unsafe parking area resembling a construction site around:
51.911595, 0.218962 (Known as New Farm Parking…)
When the vehicle was returned it was dirty, muddy, and the left wing had been damaged.
After researching further, I noticed many similar experiences reported by other customers on
It is also concerning that the website does not clearly display legally registered company information, which raises questions about accountability.
The company name provided through the booking process appears to be SC Parking Limited (Company No. 15892056) with the listed director Aurangzaib Akbar Cheema.
I originally booked through a broker called ComparetheParking.co.uk, who then allocated the parking contract to this operator.
Based on my experience and the pattern of similar reports online, I would strongly advise anyone considering airport meet-and-greet parking services like this to do thorough research before handing over their vehicle.
Situations like this raise serious concerns about whether the service provided meets the standards expected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This issue happened mid February, and I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to resolve this issue, but they are not professional, hence why I've only posted this now.
I hope sharing this experience helps others make an informed decision before using similar services.
It's a scam
It's a scam, they don't even refund your money.
Avoid parking down a pothole road ì
Avoid parking down a pothole road
Next to a farm. When we got there the directions were not clear and customer service is shocking.
Also charge another £17 when we arrived for the airport barrier fee.
When we came back to Bristol we had to wait an hour at our pick up point for collection in the dark. When I got back to my car it seems damp with damp seats and windscreen. Also all my lights inside are on and they stay on. Customer service is shocking and I found them most rude.i will not be using these again
On no account use this company for…
On no account use this company for parking or meet and greet from Bristol Airport. They look cheap taking advantage of the exorbitant official parking charges at Bristol but what they DON'T tell you is that they then use the short stay car park and make you pay the charges - I have never had a meet and greet company do that. They then took 40 minutes to deliver the car even though my flight landed on time. They refused to take it to the free Silver Zone even though I had enough time to get the bus there. They are fly by night scammers I dread to think where they parked the car
Awful
Awful. We parked at Luton airport.
Firstly the lady who we rang to say were 20 minutes away sent us to the wrong car park, which cost us £15 to go to the right car park.
Then the person who collected our car did not pay for the pick up, leaving us with a £95 charge on our return, which we are now having to dispute.
Their team have been completely rude and seemingly incompetent and unprofessional. Would not use ever again.
Departure time they came to meet after…40 minutes
Departure time they came to meet after 40 minutes as I call them 40 minutes before reach to airport, after arrive date agin came 50 minutes late no point to use them as greet and meet. You taking risk to miss your flight. Also not answering phone calls too
Stay away from this company!
Our car was dead locked with the keys inside when it was meant to be delivered to the airport. We had to wait for two hours for a locksmith to open the doors, so we could leave the car park. By this time it was too dark to inspect the car. On the following day, we saw marks on the drivers door when the car park staff had tried to open it forcefully and scratch marks on the boot lid. We were told these will be repaired, but 2 1/2 months later nothing has been done. I have received one email, no return calls and I have been given multiple email addresses which do not exist.
Avoid using this company!
Parking is on a farm
Parking is on a farm, about 15-20 minutes drive from airport, my pickup arrived 30 minutes after I told them I'll be there. There was another person who joined me, we both were forced to pay £9x2 for Bristol airport entry despite that it was 2 separate people in 1 car. I was late to the airport and nearly lost the flight. Same on return 35 minutes wait, despite me texting them with my arrival time. I don't think they paid airport fees, but charged anyway every person in the car. Would not recommend
My Car Was Driven 387km While in Their Care – Completely Unacceptable
I am leaving this review to warn anyone considering using A1 Airport Parking. I entrusted my vehicle to them on 03/02/2026, expecting it to be securely stored as stated in their contract. When I returned, I checked the official Kia Driver Report and discovered that my car had been taken on multiple unauthorised journeys over the course of two days. These were not small movements within a car park but full trips totalling 387 km and 550 minutes of driving time. This happened while my vehicle was supposed to be in their secure care.
At no point did I give permission for any member of staff to use my car. This is a blatant breach of contract and a complete violation of trust. A company offering airport parking has a clear responsibility to safeguard customers’ vehicles, not use them for personal trips. The telematics data shows repeated, deliberate misuse, and there is simply no acceptable explanation for this behaviour. I have contacted the company directly and requested a full explanation for why my vehicle was used without consent. The seriousness of this situation cannot be overstated. When a business takes possession of a customer’s vehicle and then uses it for their own purposes, it raises major concerns about their professionalism, their internal controls, and the safety of every customer’s property. I strongly believe that anyone who experiences similar behaviour should report it immediately to the police as theft without the owner’s consent, and also raise the matter with Trading Standards. Companies operating in this industry must be held accountable when they breach their contractual obligations and misuse customers’ vehicles. No one should have to worry that their car is being taken on joyrides while they are away.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend A1 Airport Parking. What happened to my vehicle should never happen to any customer, and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before handing over their keys.
