So far my experience with absorb…
So far my experience with absorb learning has been fantastic. The way the course is outlined really speaks to me. I find learning (chemistry) easy and fun. There are mini tests after each section that help with seeing how well I understood the topic. I haven’t spoken to a tutor yet,as I didn’t need to yet, but I’m sure they are fabulous.

Learnt more than expected
Really helpful and I’ve learnt more than I expected. I’ve been able to study at my own pace and not worry about being under pressure. The tutors are incredibly helpful and informative too, so if you’re looking for something to learn and study in your own time, I definitely recommend :)

My son is doing x2 A levels with Absorb. He has changed his course three times with no additional costs. They have been understanding, informative and above all kind. I wish we'd found them earlier in all of my children's school life. The systems they have in place acts as an exceptional learning tool for either independent learning or additional support for home schooling.

English IGCSE in 8 months
Just completed English IGCSE in 8 months and my exam result came through yesterday.
The teaching method works well and can be worked around any other schedule.
Now I just have to decide which course to do next...!

The learning platform we use - Moodle does not share personal information, although of course the forums allow students on the same course to communicate with each other. atrocious they rinse your bank account then leave you hanging and do not give a damn about your grades financial position nor the financial struggle during a pandemic to even afford to pay for exams plus their learning software is atrocious one of the worst ever they are abusing their authority as a learning provider is this absorb online learning and are robbing peoples money for their own benefit and sheer greed should this carry on they should be investigated by the necessary government organisation responsible for regulating learning independent online learning providers providers I know the prices are cheap but they are setting you up in essence for complete and utter failure one of the worst learning providers I have came across abysmal absolutely terrible !

We have investigated your concerns and issues with Absorb Online Learning looking back at email communications and records of contact. Since enrolling with Absorb in February 2020 you have made requests for course changes all of which we have facilitated for you. In all your contacts with Absorb Online our staff have been professional and polite, even at the times when your tone has been confrontational. This includes the occasions when you demanded we complete a UCAS reference for you. We informed you that as you had not completed any assessments in any of your subjects and that you needed to complete certain assessments. Your response was, "Hurry up and right me a reference quit messing around will you". As a responsible and respected learning provider, we simply cannot provide references based on nothing.
As you will see from our many other reviews the overwhelming majority of students find the learning platform effective and the courses straightforward to follow. If you had an issue with the courses, the tutors are available to contact at anytime and will respond within 1 working day. At no point during the last 11 months have you made contact with the tutors on your courses.
With regard to payments - at no point have any payments been taken other than those that you agreed to in payment for the courses. If there is an issue with making payments please email info@absorbonlinelearning.biz and someone from finance will contact you.
Forget the rest, Absorb is the Best!!
This is an extremely useful, educational and user-friendly site! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to gain scholarly academic qualifications in a painless, comprehensive, chatty manner. Forget the rest, Absorb is the Best!!

Would highly recommend Absorb as First Class Learning Platform
Cannot thank Kieran enough for his time and patience answering our multitude of questions before we signed up. He explained everything down to the minutest detail and we are totally satisfied that we are now going to be doing our learning and exams with Absorb - signed up for 8 courses today, and plan to enrol our two children on further courses once they have familiarised themselves with the learning platform. Would highly recommend Absorb, especially in the current circumstances. The website and the course work is easily accessible, fun to use and very self-explanatory. The only criticism is, being a Scot myself and a true Rangers supporter, finding out that Kieran, a true Scot as well, is a 100% Celtic supporter. He obviously has never watched a decent football match! Despite this small anomaly, he is a very nice man and has a wealth of information to impart. As for his choice of football team, well you can't win 'em all!

I am really pleased I enrolled with Absorb. The courses are well-written and easy to follow with lots of quizzes to help me check my work. The tutors have always been helpful when I have contacted them and I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to take an A level course.

I wish I had searched real review
I wish I had searched real reviews before buying this, nothing but a money hungry organisation. Materials are not worth the money and pretty much all of it can be accessed for free elsewhere. Poorly written and loads of spelling mistakes all over the main page. I've only ever logged in once and straight away noticed the mistakes on the first page. Havn't paid the the last 60 pounds yet because absorb decided too take two payments in December, Christmas time. The course I was told was 120 pounds. Its actually double that. Now because I havnt paid the last 60 they have added 20 pounds on and passed the case to a debt collector apperantly. No phone calls or letters, just 1 email that I managed to find in my junk email. I will be happy to take these people to court if it comes to it and I will be reporting them to trading standards. You can't pass a debt on if no paper work was ever signed, but these people seem to think you can. Avoid at all costs.

With regard to payments - these are set up via a direct debit in accordance with your instructions. If there was an issue with payments then an email to info@absorbonlinelearning.biz would have ensured that this was resolved immediately. When direct debits are cancelled by the customer without informing us then a series of emails are sent to ask the customer to contact us and giving alternative options for payment.
