Easy and convenient company to deal with.
The advisor (Kevin) took the time to take my availability dates and other details and call me back with my best options. He was very patient and explained and answered all my questions.

First time long haul…
As we were flying to Australia for the first time I thought I would get a quote from Aceflights. I received a call back immediately and spoke to a very friendly lady called Molly. I gave all my dates and destination. Shortly after she came back with extremely comprehensive and competitive quotes. We went with the one that suited us best and Molly sorted it all out. I also told Molly what type of seats I wanted and she did it all. If you want a stress free, experience from a friendly person then I would 100 % recommend Aceflights. Thankyou Molly !! You are a star !

Waste of time
Do a search on the website for dates, find the flight, call to book the flight and it's not available. Why is it still coming up in searches? Clarify I'm flexible with the dates but still nothing within £3,000 of the prices that come up in the searches. Don't waste your time

Cheap flights that accommodated traveling with ski gear
Stella did a fantastic job of finding me the correct flights that would be cheap and acomodate for skiing gear, as the flights would not typically be for skiing around this time of year.
The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars was the delay in emailing the details and tickets, as I had to call back to check that they had not forgotten 5 days later.
Other than that small hiccup, everything went smoothly

I came across Ace Flights by accident…
I came across Ace Flights by accident when looking at Skyscanner. Ace Flights advertised flights at considerably lower cost. I therefore telephoned them (as you cannot book online) - only to be told that the flights advertised were no longer available at the price shown online. Although the agent was very polite and helpful, they tried to sell me flights at much higher prices and with 2/3 stop overs with longer waits. Disappointing that time had been wasted when the flights advertised were not available. Feel this is just a ploy to get you to give them a call, only for them to upsell flights.

Was a bit sceptical at first about using a company that I'd not heard of but will now be using Aceflights again in the future. Molly was so helpful from beginning to end. She found me a good deal for my flights to Australia at Christmas. She was available by phone and email to answer my many queries.

Great customer service from Molly
We had to arrange alternative flights to get to Australia, due to our flights via the Middle East being cancelled. Molly did a great job in finding us flights that (nearly) matched our original dates, only returning one day earlier than originally planned. We just returned and are so thankful that thanks to Molly we were able to fulfill this dream holiday.

Too Good to Be True!
Beware! The number listed on the website is actually from Kayak, who get really bad reviews. And there used to be a company 'Ace Travellers' who were scammers. My guess is this is all the same company, starting a new company each time the old one gets taken down because of bad reviews. Do not believe the 5 star reviews! Use common sense, if it's too good to be true it usually is.
