This is clearly a scam website, my order hasn't arrived after a month. Don't spend money with this company.

After trying many different and some very well known products these strips are by far the best product I have used.. after just 5 days there was a visible difference in colour. I am now and will always remain a returning customer as will my family who I have purchased for and also love them..

I purchased after seeing a sponsored post, received a confirmation email to say I will receive a tracking number shortly. Never received any further information or communication and item have still not arrived (purchased over a month ago). Emailed them to follow up order and they said to use the tracking number provided but they never provided one, I asked for this again and was ignored.

cant even give a 0 otherwise would, as many others purchased, november still nothing, keep saying item shipped and track shipment,,, but guess what .. no shipping / tracking ref, checked spam emails everything, and nothing, have lodged a complaint with paypal, fraudulent company, avoid and dont buy from them! so angry... SCAM fraudulent, SCAM

Absolute scam. Poor communication. Never received product.
Ordered my whitening strips on the 14th July, received an email to say they had been shipped. I have followed the tracking info and they have been stuck in transit since 23rd July.
I've tried to communicate with the company but they are very unresponsive, just replying occasionally to my emails saying they will let me know when they have an update... it's 8 weeks now, just give me a refund!

I an extremely happy with the service I have received, communication has been 100% as I was a little apprehensive using these strips but I've been reassured promptly via emails I've sent, I cannot fault at all, I am impressed with the strips so much so I've placed another order,, delivery is approximately 2 weeks which is what I would expect from overseas, a very happy customer, Emma partridge

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I would give 0 stars if I could! Made an order now 2 months ago, still no sign of the products. Get half a**ed answers via email that make no sense. And when asked to cancel order and request a refund apparently it’s unavailable???

I ordered my strips in July. Got a tracking number that makes no sense at all. I have emailed the company several times no but no reply back.
I have used these strips before with a different company and they do work. I wont be using this company again

The website looks like 100% scam. I ordered mine weeks ago, no parcel has arrived, the emails have a slightly odd wording and they claim to have delivered it a week ago. Best to avoid, too dodgy.

Amazed at how good these advanced crest white strips are. I'm getting so many compliments on my teeth and smile. Service from Advanced whitening the company I bought from is 1st class.

It is a scam. I didn’t received my order. They send a “tracking service” that tells you fake information about the shipping process.
They never respond the costumer service email. They took the money and never received the product.
