If I could give this ZERO stars I would.
Don’t know where to start to be honest.
Communication has been terrible.
When I placed the order I gave them my new address for DELIVERY, my BILLING address is different but I clearly stated. I then receive the shipping details and they have sent to my BILLING address. After NUMEROUS emails of me telling them they have this wrong they replied saying I needed to RE-ORDER pay again etc and sent me the payment link! ‘‘Em hello you got this wrong not me!
It was a real struggle to get the parcel as I no longer live at that address.
I receive the parcel open it to find only 5 whitening strips! Re-read my order details and it is VERY misleading. 10 strips 5 pouches. Which is what I have received but there are 2 strips per pouch, one for top teeth and one for bottom teeth. I paid £29.95 and the shipping totaling to £30.96. So basically £6 per pouch / session to whiten your teeth! Honestly unbelievable!! You can get a months supply for £30!! Please please PLEASE AVOID this company they are honestly HORRENDOUS and complete SCAMMERS!

Shockingly really bad service. Ordered strips a couple of months ago and never received the them. So unprofessional in their replies to my emails too. Replying with a "Hey there". Took absolutely no notice of what I was telling him. They said it was delivered on a certain date/time. I have a ring doorbell and it was never delivered. I contacted my bank and they are looking into the company and have said they have evidence to dispute the payment they took from me.

Avoid this company at all costs!! Disgrace

Item never arrived. Have been waiting for 3 weeks. Have emailed 4 times and each time have to repeat the same message. It's clear they don't even read the emails properly.

I cannot comment on the product as the item never arrived - courier stated the item was posted through a letterbox in a workplace that has no actual letterbox.

However, Advanced Whitening are refusing to give me a refund on this presumably because they can't be bothered claiming from their couriers, despite the couriers photographing a closed shutter with no letterbox as "proof" of delivery.

Easy to order from , always offer discounts and they keep you informed on your delivery estimation date

I ordered a package of whitening strips but never received the package. Very poor customer service when I contacted them, with the team telling me to ‘double check’ I had not received the order. Then they were unwilling to process a refund or send a replacement without further payment.

I’ve already noticed a difference after using the strips for 5 days. Little sensitive for the first couple of days but all good now.

The product it self is great and the results likewise. Customer service is also satisfactory, can’t fault it. However the state in which the package arrives leaves a lot to be desired. The first time I just thought it was a one off, but then my second order was in worse shape. As if thrown around and stood on even, the packaging completely comprised and flattened. This might be down to the courier I know, but it’s a part of the service you’re paying for and it’s not really good enough when you’re paying that amount of money.

These definitely are not the same strips I’ve used from a different company! Barley whitened my teeth!

I have had compliments on my teeth a week after using these strips! Great value for money.

I never received my order and have emailed the company numerous times. Not good service.
