Very poor. Ordered 5th June. Nearly a month later still haven’t received.

Update 16 august: still nothing received and no more response from seller

Awful customer service. No phone number. No address. No names used. Emails take ages to get answer, so any refunds are then too late .. ‘tech’ issues apparently. Fake product, copy from China. I know C. Strips well as I used to buy it from America. Avoid this ‘company’ more like a one band man. A total waste of time and money!

Ordered over 7 days ago, and still no delivery date, ordered a box of 40 strips. Awful delivery service and awful communication.

You just get a email "order now complete"

I found the strips have noticeably whitened my teeth they go on easy and stay in place. Easy to order and came quickly. I will defiantly be getting more

I ordered from this company, never had an email confirmation, never received the order. The money was taken though.

UPDATE: ORDER RECIEVED TODAY.
Just takes a while to come. Seem to be the real Crest strips too.

Was pleased with the results, delivery took a long time to the UK around 4/5 weeks ,
Like I’ve read before there was no packaging with instructions just came in separate little packets

Received my crest whitening strips they are really easy to use & are great if you have a last minute event at the weekend or to get your teeth white before a holiday. The service was quick and easy to use. Thank you xo

I have never got my product . Had no email confirmation yet the money left my account over 2 weeks ago I have Emailed customer service had no reply from them. And obviously no product. Beware of this company

Great whitening strips, and great service

Wouldn’t even give them a star but I want people to see this so they don’t have the same experience. Disgraceful service. I ordered these two months ago- have had no product delivered and have emailed customer services multiple times and got nowhere. They’ve just stolen my money. DO NOT ordered from this website.

Delivery was a bit long but was worth the wait had loads of compliments on my teeth after using the strips definitely be ordering again

These do work, ordered two weeks worth. However there were only the packets, no instructions, apart from basic application guide on packets. Also no colour change card for teeth.

I made an order mid May and I’m afraid I have yet to receive my whitening strips and after chasing them for weeks I still haven’t heard back from them. Plus they have taken my money and I haven’t received a refund. I’m very unimpressed, and hope they resolve this issue.

I ordered on the 6th of June. And i still haven’t received my product. Ordered the big box and keep getting fobbed off and no explanation.

I love these strips as they are the best ones I have found (and I have tried many!) the company were excellent to deal with and delivery was fast. Thankyou!

I ordered these on a recommendation from a friend (I used to buy them in the USA, not online)
My friend did say the package usually takes a couple of weeks. Mine arrived just after one week, so I was pleasantly surprised.

These do work. Read the instructions, remember not to put straight onto freshly brushed teeth. Minimal sensitivity using these also, which is a plus.
