Absolutely terrible service. Extremely unprofessional. When I received my email response I instantly thought this was a fake company. I ordered the strips, they do not work and were dry. Do not order from them. Shocking service!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought strips for the cost of £44 back on the 17th of April. It’s now the 10th of June and They never arrived. I asked for a refund as it’s been 2 months of wait now. They said they’d follow up with the carrier and then went totally unresponsive. I’ve emailed them multiple times but nothing heard. So I have no strips and no money back.they ship from Eastern Europe. If something goes wrong you won’t see your money anymore as they won’t refund you . Buy from a store or from Amazon .

These are the best strips I have used..tried others but always go back to Crest

I’m surprised by how well these strips work. They’ve really made a transformative difference to my teeth. I’m doing 14 days in a row to brighten my teeth, half way through and I can already see the difference. The strips took about 4 days to arrive after ordering.

I only selected 1 star as there was no option to choose none. Absolutely shocking service. Order placed on 28th April and now 7th June still no delivery. I have emailed repeatedly asking for information or a refund and was told a refund was not possible. Will never order again.

It’s been 4/5 weeks and I’m still yet to receive my strips, after reaching out 3 times and being ignored but being sent a follow up email asking how they are. Clearly completely ignoring my email request on asking where they are. Don’t waste your money.

Firstly I read this with amusement as I’m still waiting for them to arrive as your CS well knows. Evri seem to have lost my parcel and I had hoped as your Terms and conditions imply you would refund or replace if they go missing. A big thumbs down for you as you have firstly asked me to pay again £54.95 and you will send me some more??? that’s not a refund!
Today you have informed me there is nothing you can do as the did arrive in the UK, that does not mean the delivery was completed.
you have to initiate a refund to me as you have been paid and you must claim it back from EVRI as you are the shipper not me, until you do you will not get a good review from me. I have no crest strips and you have my money. On the other hand if you comply with the correct process ie, refund your customer and initiate your claim for a refund from EVRI I will give you a glowing 5 star review. So here is hoping they arrive after being ordered 4 weeks ago, lost in transit, disappeared in a puff of smoke by means unknown or just basically stolen, many emails to yourselves and to Claire at EVRI Customer Service who is telling me you issue refunds for failed delivery I have been advised to escalate this to PAYPAL.uk If however you value your customers and as you say you want to and to deliver a great service to your customers I would settle this for a refund.

Since penning this experience Paypal were sent a complaint and today I see I have been refunded all the money.
Thankyou PayPal, and I sincerely hope that Advanced whitening take this experience and learn from it.
I cannot comment on the product as i never received it, I wasn’t impressed by the sellars attitude to my emails. I felt I had been conned. However I’m glad I used PayPal and thankyou to AW for my refund.
