I initially had a great experience with Advantage Investment, with a successful Investment with Godwin Capital. I was advised to reinvest with Godwin on maturity and I took out a second investment aswell. Now that Godwin have gone into liquidation I have received very little communication from Advantage Investment, despite my emails and calls and their promises to call me back. Now reading about how they were basically marketing agents for Godwin, to say I'm hugely disappointed is an understatement.

Very interesting that the Daily Mail yesterday published the fact that Advantage Investments Ltd were one of two sales agents which conned so many people into investing in building lodges at Landal Barnsoul in Scotland.

They helped raise the money so that Landal Greenparks could make money out of renting out lodges that we paid for since 1992

I am revising the positive review I left in October 2024 after a terrible experience, in the hope that others can avoid falling into the same trap.

I was persuaded by Leo Hayden, then representing Advantage Investment, into investing with Godwin Capital. He described the investment as secure and provided a long list of guarantees that ultimately proved worthless.

By June 2025, Godwin Capital 3 (along with other companies in the group) had entered liquidation, with only £85 in cash remaining. It is difficult to believe that Leo and Advantage Investment were unaware of the company’s precarious financial state at the time they promoted it.

Years of personal savings have now been lost. Please be cautious—don’t make the same mistake I did.

Then a Starbucks Franchise in 2024.
Both went into administration.
And has taken our life savings biggest con artists. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
