We went to A & E Leisure not really knowing what kind of awning we wanted - we had had awnings in the past but now our life circumstances had changed.
When we got there we were lucky enough to meet Tony - he listened patiently to our requirements and pointed out the.positives and negatives of each suitable awn ing to help us come to a decision. He was friendly but not pushy, incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions no matter how random they seemed. I would definitely go back to A & E in future and am very happy with the awning we got

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I bought an awning online,had it delivered and opened it inside my home on my carpet. I opened the holdall unfurled part of the awning without removing it totally from the holdall. I quickly realised this awning was too heavy and cumbersome for me to manage. I let the company know I was returning it and arranged carriage at my expense. I then received an email saying I would get a refund less 20% (99.80) because the awning had been opened, a clear plastic bag had been torn ( it was already torn on arrival ) , a grey ribbon had not been retied and there was some dust on the base of the holdall containing the awning. It definitely did not get dust on it from my carpet but I did not record my self opening the package, why would I? Several emails exchanged between me and the company, their emails changed reasons for the deduction several times and despite all my efforts I have had to put my complaint in the hands of Trading standards and my credit card company. I urge people to avoid this company when buying online.

Great communication from Lisa from before ordering right up to delivery. Product ordered was out of stock at supplier but Lisa found an alternative better option and brought all the parts together.
