First order from H&C and everything ran as it should. Only note would be to ADAM Equipment, manufacturer of the scale we purchased, for a relatively poorly written/hard to follow instructional booklet.

this company is not honest and reliable. I purchased a scale from them and the scale came in not accurate. It was not 2 digit difference, it was 5 pounds difference. I request return but they asked a 20% re-stocking fee. When you buy a scale is not accurate, do you thing return is reasonable?

Ordered an FX120i scale through H&C. The next morning a rep from H&C called and told me that it would be a couple weeks before they were able to ship that scale due to increased demand, but I could upgrade to the next size up for a very reasonable price and it could ship today. The price was right so that's exactly what we did. The scale shipped that day and I received it 5 days later. The scale is perfect and remarkably accurate and the service I received was exactly what I would give to my customers.

H & C, not only had the best prices and selection when it came to our selecting a replacement for our kitchen scale, their shipping was very quick. They notified us of when the product was shipped and sent the
Tracking number. No matter what our next weighing equipment needs will be, we will definitely go to H & C first.

Called customer service regarding a question and got the info I needed.

This is an excellent scale for small retailers. My company roasts and sells artisan coffees and needed a NTEP scale for DPH compliance. It was perfectly calibrated out of the box, and the DPH rep could not have been more pleased. We're looking forward to many years of excellent service.
