Scale was received in excellent condition. Easy to assemble and put into use.

I mix my dyes using 0.1grams. I need precision amounts.

The first scale I received did not work. I called and within the week they sent another scale that works just fine. They took care of business.

Many problems with my order. Major problem was that NO ONE contacted me to correct. The problems were only addressed when I followed up after wondering why my scales had not been delivered. When attempting to fix problems I did not feel like by business was of any value to them, and they were annoyed with me as a customer. My order was for $3,000, I guess that is not a big enough order for them to care very much.

I own a company that builds storefronts that need the scales that I purchased, I will be purchasing many of the same product, tens of thousands of dollars worth, from a different source because of my bad experience.

The scales did eventually arrive which is why it's a 2 star instead of 1.

Helpful in selecting the right scale. They did "lose" the order because they were shipping from another warehouse, but after a quick phone call they found it and I got the order on time.

I ordered the scale on Thursday at about 10:30 A.M. and received it on Friday at 9:30 A.M. Not only was the shipping time great, but the price was extremely competitive. I would order from these folks again with no hesitation.

Had to buy to highly scientific scales last week to use in a kitchen.
Was not used to setting up such complicated equipment.
Customer service walked me through setting them up, waited patiently on the phone, and helped me figure out that using a cardboard divider around the scales would eliminate airflow so they could work properly in a non-laboratory setting. Such a rare please to speak with Customer Service that knows their products!!
Was worried we would have to return this equipment, but with their assistance, would be pleased to order from them again!
