The scale itself is okay but the music portion is awful. Wish I could turn it off. Delivery was prompt and item was boxed well.

Today I received a call from a company rep telling me how to turn the music off. Now totally satisfied and feel company earned five stars.

Even when there were some small issues with the order, I was helped quickly, politely, and everything was sorted out.

This was pretty much put together and very simple to finish getting it all settled. Wish it would have come with setting weights.

I was beyond concerned purchasing a scale online. I'd heard the horror stories from those who had and their scales didn't pass state inspection. In those cases, they were left with a very expensive brick. Terrible!

Scales were shipped and received within days of ordering. Easy to order, product is easy to use. We ordered the scale that weighs up to 1000 pounds and it's still a thin enough scale it isn't too cumbersome for our office.

I purchased the weighing scale for checking the weight of my baby - with free shipping, it was delivered on the second day!

Light weight, and easy to handle - and gives the reading in a couple of seconds. We are yet to compare the reading with the paediatrician's reading to check the accuracy.

We have not got the temperature correct yet - because the baby was always covered.in cloth.

I had a precision problem because by my own mistake did not remove a piece of paper inside the bottom of the scale .
After I fixed it , the scale is perfect giving accurate measurements.

I asked for a NTEP cert and I got a link to go find it myself on some website that didn't have the model I had. I had to contact manufacture to get it

A little too soon to tell but for now it is a great piece of equipment. Ordering was fast and easy. Delivered promptly. bsj
