I rung up enquiring about a stair lift and the young man on the phone was very informative and he was able to book appointments for me today. A gentleman called Simon Hazael came on time and was really thorough with the information about the chair lift and the price I couldn’t ask for better service he was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Simon solved a lot of issues. 🙏🏻

He even vacuumed the stairs even though there was no mess. Will definitely recommend this company. Amazing price and follow up service

Excellent product. Quick fitting. Very expert fitting on my stairs.
Went just perfect. I bought the stairlift on Sunday 12th of July and it has been fitted today, Wednesday 15th. I was really struggling to go up the stairs. I don't think there is an option to send a photo.

We shopped around for a stairlift as it…
We shopped around for a stairlift as it had to be on the left of the stairs with a curve, salesman came round Darren, said yes can be done £4825, this was for my at the time 93 year old mother in law who lived with us.
That was in September 2025 order went in,the surveyor didn’t arrive so after calling the the office on a number of times I got his number, he said he had been trying to call us reckons had the wrong number but he didn’t when I checked with him, he measured it then at the mid November it arrived to be fitted , he had measured it completely wrong so the engineer to his credit had to return it, we had waited weeks and weeks now another two weeks before it was fitted , so into December. If you call the office they don’t know anything it’s a different company that fits it and makes it.The seat positioning was wrong because the surveyor never asked us her height etc. After a couple of months it was making a terrible noise, eventually they came out again.
Their customer service is terrible, they offered a buy back after she passed away, now after 5 months of having the lift offered us £250 after paying out £4,800 that was an insult, there argument it’s a recondition lift, the engineers said the sales company make all the profit, well they never said that on the sale it would only be that, I called their salesman he said I have a bad line will you call you back, he never did.
I would say go somewhere else if you want proper service and also not to be told indifferent information. I have gone somewhere else to have it taken away but I would rather scrap it and give them the satisfaction of re selling it.i don’t know they sleep at night!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your mother-in-law.
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Whilst we acknowledge there were issues during the survey and installation process, we are pleased these were resolved and that any subsequent faults were attended to.
Regarding the buyback, we appreciate the offer was not what you had hoped for. Our buyback scheme is entirely discretionary, with values based on factors such as the age, condition and resale value of the equipment rather than the original purchase price.
Our buyback valuations reflect not only the resale value of the stairlift, but also the significant costs incurred during the original installation that cannot be recouped.
We regret that our service did not meet your expectations. If you would like to discuss your experience further, please contact our Customer Service team and we would be happy to speak with you.

Affordable Stairlifts - good service
I contacted Affordable Stairlifts via an online form, within a few hours I received a call to book a home visit for Monday. Julie, the Surveyor, arrived on time and explained available stairlifts. Julie was friendly and informative without applying any pushy sales technique. I placed an order and the stairlift was fitted on Friday. Paul, the installer, rang Thursday to advise the installation time and duly arrived on time. Paul was friendly and worked fast and efficiently. He gave easy to understand verbal instructions and a demonstration. We were very happy with everybody and the speed of installation from first contact, all within 6 days.
