What a wonderful genuine company affordable stairlifts are, they treated my mum with courtesy and respect she is due from start to finish. I would highly recommend using this firm, Tim and Mich were always on the end of the phone when we needed them , mum was slightly concerned about not being a local firm but this did not impact their first class service in any way, mr Martin gray

Our stairlift was fitted 4 months ago and we were very pleased with the service and the chair until recently when a couple of faults occurred. On ringing for an engineer we were told we would have to wait due to staff shortages. However we were then told that an engineer would be out to us on Saturday for which we were very grateful. The engineer, Rob arrived after a very long day and how lucky we were. He was friendly and enthusiastic and got on with the job explaining exactly
what the problem was whilst all the time sharing friendly banter with my husband and I. If we ever need an engineer again we will certainly ask for Rob. He is definitely an asset to the company. Thanks again Rob!

The stairlift was fitted
The stairlift was fitted, and from day one has not worked correctly, and after three visit from engineers it still not working correctly, don't be fooled by there advert, they are just word and not put in to practice.

DO NOT USE
Flashy website but a very little else.
Pre booked appointment a disaster. When installer finally contacted, had no idea about instal and was having van serviced.
Trying to speak to a manager impossible. When they do phone no apologies for their own incompetence.
The lifts have vastly inflated prices, don’t be drawn in by the salesman. I’ve found the exactly same NEW stairlift, installed by the manufacturer for £50 difference.
Currently looking to recover the large deposit. Happy to go to small claims court if required.

Having reviewed the matter, our records show that the engineer contacted you to advise that he was running behind schedule and that your appointment would now be attended in the afternoon rather than the morning as originally anticipated. We appreciate that changes to appointment times can be frustrating and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We are also aware that members of our management team have attempted to contact you on three separate occasions shortly afterwards to discuss the situation and understand how you wished to proceed, however we have been unable to speak with you directly.
We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further and work towards a resolution. Please contact our office and ask to speak with Joanne Brown, Head of Customer Service, who will be happy to review the matter with you personally.

It has been a positive experience from the first phone call speaking to Dan then a sales rep was only 20 minutes away from my mother's property and able to arrive on the same day
