Fantastic service from start to finish. First they advised us on a suitable lift, and didn't try to get us to choose the most expensive. Then they installed it within days, and Bes from CB lifts was about as professional and friendly as is possible to be. Definitely recommend this company

Do not use. Took 8 weeks to delivery and fit, despite knowing it was a palliative care situation. No communication and they do not remove or buy the stairlift back, despite their assurances that it was part of the service.

We completely understand how important timely delivery, clear communication, and full support are, and we regret that you were left feeling unsupported when the lift was no longer needed.

The stairlift is not yet installed, but the customer service has been very good so far! Simon Hazel answered all our questions and was very efficient and helpful. We are very happy to be going ahead with a reconditioned stairlift for mum, and reassured by the year’s warranty.

I Mr r luxford I am having a stairlift fitted on the 8th April wensdayit was changed from the wensday the 25th the reason was they was no Bannister rail on the opposite side of the stairs. But company was so good and explain to me that could still be done wich made me fill much better.
