It has been brought to my attention that you are displaying an out-of-date copy of our brochure on your website as well as indicating that you support Age UK. Great service
The company arranged for someone to come and see us and assess the space the day we called. Keith attended as agreed and couldn’t have done more for us. He was genuinely interested in understanding our circumstances to ensure that he was able to identify the best stairlift solution for dad. It was clear that he really cares that he gets things right for his customers and has left contact details should we have any questions. He’s arranged the technical survey to happen in less than a week and installation of the bespoke stairlift to happen within a couple of weeks. We really couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided. Thank you!

Steve Watson works for My Mobility seemed ok at the time and advice, but was ripped off on sale for the cost. I originally paid for paid £3000.00 and got £600.00 back, this was not right, going to citizens advice bureau for more advice.

Urgent stairlift installation
I contacted the company over the weekend and they arranged for someone to come and give us a quote on Monday. A chap called Steve Watson arrived and went through our options and we decided to go with them. Excellent service by all involved.

The prompt response to my phonecall
The prompt response to my phonecall. It was the same day. The helpfulness of Darren who came to discuss it. He was well informed and answered all my questions without putting any pressure on me. Although it was after 5pm on a Friday he was able to contact others in his team to get all the answers I needed.

TERRIBLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Surveyor turned up, measured and weighed my parents, took &£1925 deposit and told them it’ll be 4-6 weeks to fit it.
On the 4th week, we rang- they told us Surveyor said it is unsuitable, they would spend most of their time fixing it.
They didn’t contact us to advise us, and then we had to chase the refund of deposit. TERRIBLE customer service. I would not recommend

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating the situation must have felt for you and your parents.
Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in processing the refund of your deposit. As our Customer Service Manager explained at the time, this was due to a genuine administrative error on our part, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
With regard to the suitability of the stairlift, reliability and safety are absolutely paramount to us, particularly with a product of this nature where the end user relies on the equipment every day. It is not something we can compromise on. Once the supplier reviewed the survey information, we were advised that the intended user was right at the cusp of the maximum weight capacity for the model in question. Because of this, we could not confidently guarantee the reliability of the product over time.
For that reason, we felt it was the responsible decision not to proceed with the installation rather than risk supplying equipment that may not perform safely or reliably for your parents. As soon as we were informed by the supplier, we communicated this and arranged for the refund to be processed.
We do appreciate your feedback and once again apologise for the frustration caused.
