Absolutely brilliant company. Royal Mail let us both down with a lost parcel, and Imogen at a fine pair of shoes sorted out the problem and resent within the week.

The best customer service I've received from any company I've ever done business with. I ordered 2 shoe stretchers several years ago. I've not used either for a while but the last time I used one the thread, to widen the shoe stripped away rendering it unusable. I contacted the company and explained the problem. Their response was super fast. They contacted the
manufacturer on my behalf, even though the guarantee had expired. Within a day, the manufacturer had agreed to replace both stretchers, free of charge. This company is clearly held in high regard with their suppliers as well. If you're after a high quality pair of shoes or some accessories, look no further. They're brilliant!

I've always wanted a good set of shoe brushes, but I wanted large brushes instead of the small ones that are usually available and easily slip out of your grasp.

I purchased a pair of Sanders & Sanders Chukka boots and had a small issue that I noticed outside of the warranty period. I contacted A Fine Pair of Shoes, who replaced them without question. Excellent boots and excellent companies.

I got a bit lost in their Saphir shoe polish section and the price was only encouraging me to dig deeper.

The shipping was fast and packed efficiently to protect the glass jars and polish. I placed an order to the Midwest U.S. and it arrived in 7 days.
