Can not fault - great quality shoes and speedy / seamless transaction in every sense

Not a great experience, easily spent a few thousand with this company to date. Apparently that doesn’t mean anything to them, my shoes came in boxes that were destroyed. Outer shipping box showed no damage. The shoe boxes inside were heavily damaged, they were clearly packaged like this. Contacted support - no help at all, basically the response was not our problem. Will seriously look elsewhere before buying from here again. Shame.

I already emailed info and was told the following, "We do apologise that the boxes arrived to you like that, sometimes in transport they do have a tendency to get damaged."

The boxes were not damaged in transit as the outer box was in perfect shape - my order number was #111846 it was for two pairs of shoes and both the boxes were in tatters on arrival.

Great experience with this seller. Communication was great and they even price matched to another website.

Will most certainly be using again.

Items are exactly as pictured and described, propmpt dispatch.

Prompt delivery and top quality, good looking shoes. Far better than usually found on the High St.

Wonderful pair of shoes. Well made. Quality leather. Style was exactly what I was looking for and very very comfortable to wear

Always great service , leather laces very good quality.

Having ordered polish from this company once before, I ordered more. After completing the order I wasnted to add more itms. I was reluctant to pay another postage charge to emaied them to see if an item could be added to the order, I received an email first thing the next morning saying that they able to do that without any further postage costs. A very good service. Mr. Nelson took the time to adapt to a specific demand, with quickness and amiability. I am also very satisfied of my purchase. Nice products.

Absolutely worst. Paid the money and never received the goods. Sent mails and no replies at all. Never buy anything it’s a fake store.

Excellent and prompt service. My go-to supplier of shoe care accessories.

I have purchased from A Fine Pair of Shoes multiple times. Each time the products are of a high quality and are delivered quickly.

I have ordered from A Fine Pair of Shoes on half a dozen occasions now, they have an excellent choice of quality footwear at great prices. Ordering is straightforward, easy and quick and delivery is prompt. I highly recommend.

Planned to purchase shoes during a promotional sale period and missed the time frame. Made an inquiry regarding getting the shoes at the 30% off sale price, knowing that the sale period had passed. Provision was made by the company to get me the shoes at a price that was less than the previous 30% savings so that I was able to get the shoes at a price savings that was greater than expected or anticipated.
