Have insured my dog with Agria as previous insurance has risen so much i understand that things go up in price but I have never claimed for my pet and the policy had trippled in price but with Agria for exactly same cover was a fraction of the price everything was very straightforward to do on line with excellent customer service I would highly recommend Agria pet insurance.

Today I spoke to Sharon who was a real star. She was kind, compassionate and very professional. Sharon listened to me patiently and, though I am sure she had better things to do, she didn't try and hurry me and spoke so understandingly, I really felt my pet and i mattered. Agria, Sharon is a real gem. She ticked all the boxes a customer requires, and then some!

I've had my dog insured with Agria ever since she turned into a senior in insurance terms. The company came recommended by our vet.
I find the process of submitting the claim extremely straightforward and convenient, which is helpful when stress related to pet's health and costs arising from it take over. Claims are processed in timely manner and pay outs are fast. There is no fuss, and unlike with some other insurers (and I have had various experiences having a multi-pet household) I don't need to go through the trenches when it comes to settling the claim. I genuinely feel like they are on my side and want me to use the product and make the most of it. I especially appreciate it now that my dog is receiving palliative care, I don't need to worry (so much) knowing we are in good hands.
I would recommend to get insurance with Agria to any pet parent that wants a good experience and peace of mind. If you've ever dealt with hurdles when using a different company for your pet insurance, you'll be pleasantly surprised how good and easy it can be, I know I am. I trust completely that these are experts in the field and that they actually care about customers and their pets.
