Such a lovely lady I dealt with
Such a lovely lady I dealt with ! After losing one of my Great Danes ( Angel ) weeks before unexpectedly after complications due to an obstruction in her small intestine.
I was treated with compassion which was completely different to another well known insurance company I had spoken to earlier that day !

Insurance that actually pays out!!
Excellent service with three different dog claims.
One long term (3 years) due to ongoing medication needs which were covered under the policy and on death, at home, the policy covered cremation fees.
The second dog suffered heart failure following anaesthetic for a spay. again the policy covered costs, less excess, including cremation.
The third had teeth problems that required extractions, again covered by the policy!
Overall, a very satisfied client!!
