Airport Parking Bay provides meet-and-greet parking at London Luton Airport. We're an authorised operator working from inside Terminal Car Park 1. You drive straight to Level 3, hand your keys to one of our staff members, and walk to check-in in about three minutes. When you land, your car is brought back to the same place. We're based in Luton, and we run the operation ourselves. Our prices start from under £40, and we keep them clear. What you see when you book is what you pay. Whether it's a family holiday, a weekend away or an early flight for work, we want the start and end of your trip to be the easy part.

Excellent service with pick up and drop…
Excellent service with pick up and drop off of your car at the terminal car park. No shuttles, no searching for our car in a parking lot. This came in very helpful when we arrived back in Luton late at night with two small children. Very competitive price. Highly recommend!!

We do state clearly in our terms and conditions that all personal belongings and valuables should be removed from the vehicle before handover — this is communicated at the time of booking and at the point of drop-off. However, we understand that items can be forgotten, and this does not make what you have described acceptable. Please contact us directly at complaints@airportparkingbay.co.uk with your booking reference so we can review and investigate thoroughly. We will not close this matter until we have a clear answer for you.
DO NOT USE! THIEVES!
Make sure you empty your car of possessions or leave what you can't take with you at home! These people are thieves and stole out of my car when we returned!

Not 24/7 Unreliable
Booked Luton drop off 3.45am called 30 mins prior to arrival and sounded like woke someone up, couldn’t understand a word he was saying, after a couple of calls we proceeded to car park one lvl 3 arriving 3.40 . Called again 3.50 as the stand wasn’t manned (all other meets and greets had numerous staff present) woke same guy up all he was worried about was us paying the ticket which wasn’t part of arrivals procedure . Long story short we wait 25 mins then on 4th time of calling luckily got a different person answer who was at airport and he came to check us in . He still wanted us to pay the the ticket which we refused as we were now running late and I can imagine it would have been a fair price due to them not turning up. A very stressful start to a holiday . I would not recommend using this company

Scratched and Damaged Car. Not professional at all. Very poor customer service.
I used the meet and greet service at Airport bay Parking on 17/02/26. My car was in good condition(Brand New) with no scratches when I dropped it off.
When I collected it, I found scratches and damage that were not there before. I immediately reported it to staff, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
I have sent email for 6days but no response at all. When I called customer services they are also not helpful.
I am very disappointed with how this was handled and would not recommend this service to anyone who values their vehicle.
Also pls note they also charges £10 for car park which was not informed when we purchased its hidden charges which is very small print so be careful.

Unfortunately, we haven’t had a response with the requested information, so we’ve not been able to progress the case or provide a full outcome.
If you would like us to review this immediately, please reply to our email with:
• clear photos of the damage you’re referring to,
• your booking reference and vehicle registration,
• and any time-stamped photos from before drop-off (if available).
Regarding the £10 charge mentioned: this is the airport/car park operator exit fee payable on return and is shown in the booking information/terms.
We’re happy to investigate and resolve this properly as soon as we receive the details requested.

Had an awful experience with this…
Had an awful experience with this company, called 30 mins away on route to advise them of our eta when arriving no1 from the company was at the stand/desk, thankfully maple manor took care of this until the guy turned up.
When coming back called 3 numbers provided 7 times no1 answered any of the calls nor called back: as advised on the paper they give you just head to car park 1 level 3 your car will be there. Well that’s what we expect is that what we got no. Again no1 at the stand/desk took 47mins for the car to arrive again after maple manor calling a friend he knew that worked for this company to arrange the car to come back although they knew our time we requested for the car to be back. When speaking to the complaint department they said due to there t&c it can take up to 60 minutes due to traffic but if they had answered the phone they would first understand we didn’t have luggage and that we was on the way to car park to collect the car instead we stood in a cold car park with a child waiting for the car: such poor customer service would never use again nor recommend this company. Stay way clear
