You drive straight to Level 3, hand your keys to one of our staff members, and walk to check-in in about three minutes. When you land, your car is brought back to the same place. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I USED THEM FROM THE 2ND SEPTEMBER TO THE 13TH SEPTEMBER WHEN I RECIVED MY CAR BACK THEY HAD DISCONNECTED MY CAMERA SYSTEM COVERED MORE THAN 40 MILES WHEN I GOT HOME AND RECONNECTED MY SYSTEM I FOUND 201 VIDEOS OF THEM DRIVING MY CAR EVEN THERE VOICES ARE HEARD THEY WILL NOT CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS THIS I HAVE A JAGUAR AND THEY USED IT TO GO JOY RIDING THEY OBVIOUSLY HADN'T RELISED THE CAMERAS WHERE STILL WORKING IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR STAY AWAY i have reported this to the police and they are investigating i have sent videos to these people showing speed position of car

Hi Steve, we have received your email, but you have not supplied the recordings or mileage evidence referred to in your review.
Please send the footage, before-and-after mileage evidence and photographs of the reported camera interference to us so we can investigate your concerns against our records.
Unauthorised use of my vehicle
Avoid at all costs! Car came back filthy and had been used to transfer their drivers to and from car parks - unauthorised use!!!
The exterior was covered in a thick layer of dust, the interior had dusty footprints in the footwell of the driver, front passenger and rear passenger. This combined with the GPS tracking from the app in my car clearly shows that they were using my car to transfer their drivers to and from the airport.
After handing it over to them at Luton airport, it was then driven to a city centre parking lot, it was then driven back to the airport and into the multi storey car park, before then being driven to their out of town parking lot.
Have had extensive back and forth over email and they continue to deny clear and obvious evidence. Will be taking this up with Bedfordshire police.

Returned my car with a cracked windscreen, a deep scratch, and blood on the glass
Booked meet and greet parking with Airport Parking Bay for Luton (28 Aug – 1 Sept, booking ref APB-989). Car went in perfectly fine, no marks, nothing wrong with it.
Picked it up and there’s a 12-inch crack across the top right of the windscreen, a deep 6-inch scratch on the driver’s door, and what looks like blood splatters on the glass. None of this was there when I dropped it off.
I’ve raised a formal complaint asking for the parking fee back, both repairs covered, and a proper explanation of what happened to my car while it was “safe” in their care — because right now it looks like it’s been involved in some kind of incident. Given the blood, I’ve also suggested this gets reported to the police.
Avoid if you actually want your car back in the condition you left it in. Will update this review depending on how they respond.

Excellent service from start to finish. Drop-off and collection were completely hassle-free, and our car was waiting for us right on time in perfect condition. A special shout-out to Raihan at the airport, who was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. On top of that, the prices are fantastic value for money compared to other options. We take your concerns extremely seriously. As a meet-and-greet service, vehicles are driven between the airport terminal and our secure parking location, which accounts for some additional mileage. However, your comments regarding the dash camera require a full investigation.

Beware of hidden Charges
Quite a good service, very competitive prices, be careful of hidden charges, car was still in good condition as I left it, was really worried about using this service was the 1st time, would use again at a push. But please be wary. They tried to put an overcharge of £20 when I arrived back, I confirmed via WhatsApp’s that my flight was landing at 11:35 & would probably be collecting my car after 12 midnight which would run into another day & was willing to pay a bit extra, also provided my flight details coming back when I dropped the car off, person I spoke to via WhatsApp said no further charges would be incurred as it would only be 30 mins or so into another day, thank god I had that chat in my phone cos it provided proof - when I spoke to manager on the phone when I arrived to pick my car up he tried to say, that they brought my car to be collected on the day before 25th when clearly it stated on my ticket they gave me when I dropped the car off when I would be returning on 26th. Tried to pull the wool over my eyes with extra charges, I’d paid for a service which I got but don’t expect to be ripped off with extras

Not great
Not great, Had a flat back right tyre when I picked it up from the car park at Luton airport!!! This was obviously drove from where it was being kept while I was away to the car park which is unacceptable and nothing was said to me at all, which means it was either ignored as an issue or wasn't looked at or inspected before it was driven.
I ended up getting it replaced 3miles down the road but a mobile mechanic at a cost over nearly £250!!!
