worst company to work for. totally miss sold the job. super long hours..50+ a week. we was told by dan mason we had to do overtime. with no pay. promised to work 1 in 3 weekends. it was every other. no thanks. everything was expected. dan mason is the worst supposed to be manager ive ever come across in my entire working life. totally knocked me with money and most of the other workers who managed to stay longer than a week. it wasnt many. gone through 11 staff members in 8 months. that says it all. might be good with customers. NOT with workers!

Went into Orpington store to collect roof tiles was given damaged tiles knowingly by foreman loaded into vehicle. They are the dormer edged tiles And cost £5-£6 a tile
Extremely expensive

They try to be quick and give you minimal time to check

The staff on the tills are extremely unhelpful and I would advice anyone not to use and thoroughly examine the tile yourself and load.
And also double check what is loaded
They will feign ignorance that they didn't notice the damaged products when loading

Totally a poor company with poor service

Great service from Tom at Alltype. Understood exactly what I needed. Brilliant knowledge, managed to get me a great price too. Very pleased and the second time I’ve used Alltype in recent months. Would definitely use them again.

Trying to organise delivery outside their catchment area which the web page suggests is possible by calling order helpline number (0208 316 8152 unanswered)and following delivery page intsructions (02031982040 unanswered) Rang head office only to be told that meant kent we only deliver by our vehicles .VERY disappointed ,no nationwide pallet delivery possible .Missleading webpage

Outstanding customer service displayed by the sales team in Woolwich branch, in particular Dave is text book example of friendly, fast and trustworthy service. Dave is great communicator, clear and thorough. He is a great asset to the company. All the staff that I observed in Woolwich branch on my couple of visits looked professional, busy and most importantly customer focused.

I ordered 30 x Timber C24 Treated 47mm x 50mm 4.8m Lengths (2 x 2) under order number 002872 and only received 29 units. Called the Orpington warehouse straight away and got told that the driver confirmed he had delivered all 30 units. They were not able to provide any evidence though and were adamant that the issue was not their responsibility; basically, it's our own problem to deal with. We sent our CCTV footage showing that we only loaded 29 units into our back garden to the Orpington branch manager's email address. Still no response from the company, not even an apology or any offer to resolve the situation such as offering redelivery or refund. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will never order from this company again.

Outstanding! I have had two broken tiles on my roof for a while and the water has been pouring in. I have had trouble getting such a small number of tiles needed to complete the work. Alltype Roofing Supplies Limited, arranged the tiles for same day delivery, the actual colour I wanted and were so helpful on the telephone. I cannot thank David enough for his knowledge and help. You have saved my poor living room from any more damage.

This is a amazing company quality of work outstanding which includes future checks nothing was to much trouble they work and act like a family company .
