Mixed review!
I bought 4 cushions from this company. 2 arrived very quickly but had to wait about 6 weeks for the other two with no update.
The fabrics are fabulous and the cushions well made but the feather inners are so hard and for me too large for the cushion. I've replaced them with smaller, softer feather inserts and they are lovely to sink into. I took the others to a charity shop who weren't keen to take them as they had a horrid smell!
I think it's a shame you don't give the option to buy just the covers.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the delay with your cushions. We’re glad we were able to have the missing ones made and sent directly from our workshop, but we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We’re pleased you like the fabric and quality, but we’re sorry the feather inners weren’t to your liking. While we can supply covers without inners on request, the price remains the same due to our manufacturing process.

As soon as your order was placed, we carried out a full inspection of the table, knowing you planned to delay delivery. During this check, we identified a small imperfection and informed you immediately, issuing a full refund.
Unfortunately, this was the last item in stock and it has now been discontinued, so we couldn’t offer a replacement.
We’re very sorry we couldn’t fulfil your order on this occasion.
