Poor delivery experience
I placed order with confirmation of delivery within 7-10 business days. Having received no communication about dispatch after 7 days I emailed for update. Received impersonal automated response. Still waiting 48 hours later for information
Very Poor Communication - expected better from this company.

A great company to deal with
A great company to deal with. On this occasion, the rug I ordered was unsuitable however, in this minefield of online companies, this company bucked the trend and were brilliant to deal with. My refund was processed at lightning speed and customer service (Gil and Callum) was outstanding. I’d definitely order from them again!

Best furniture shop in London
Andrew Martin is my favourite store, offering beautiful designs, exquisite fabrics, and unique objects from around the world that can elevate and complete any interior. I’ve been buying from them for over 20 years and have never had a single issue—their customer service has always been absolutely first-class. The in-store team has a real depth of knowledge about every product, and each visit feels warm and welcoming, as if you’re returning to an old friend.
Their delivery team provides true white-glove service. Every member of staff is courteous, polite, and thoroughly professional. If there’s ever a challenge getting furniture into a home, they always find a practical solution. All packaging is removed, everything is carefully placed, and you're left with pristine, beautifully arranged furniture in your home.

In the past I had bad experiences with delivery companies but the two guys that delivered my product were totally opposite. They were extremely professional, helpful, nice and polite. Product is also exactly what I wanted.
